Self-love begins in your body where you have rejected yourself the most. With this guided meditation and the Ho'oponopo technique of forgiving yourself, we will walk mindfully through your body and give love to the parts that especially need it. Apologize to them for not giving yourself the attention you wanted, being thankful for supporting you so well, and sending them your full love. Maybe even a little massage.

Hey!

Hi!

Can you hear me?

I'm here.

Why are you not giving me your attention?

Are you loving me?

If this caught one part of your body communicating with you and you're not listening because you don't like or you don't accept it,

Then this meditation is for you.

It will open a new portal,

A new connection to that body part,

One or more,

Who needs love,

Who wanna be fully embraced from you,

Who wants to feel loved.

I'm Salina and I invite you to make it as comfortable as you wanna have it right now.

Breathe in,

Feel yourself.

When you feel comfortable,

Whenever this will be,

I invite you to close your eyes.

Feel your incoming of the breath and the outgoing in and out.

Whenever you get lost in the meditation,

Come back to your breath.

Your breath is always there.

It's guiding you in and out,

Into yourself and out if it's too extreme for you right now.

Take a few more breaths on your own to really connect.

There's no need to change anything right now.

Just allow yourself to raise your awareness and raise your frequency of just listening to your breaths,

To your feelings,

To all the sensations inside.

What is going on inside of you?

And while you are listening to all the sensations of your body,

I invite you to allow yourself to be curious,

To explore your inner world.

Where in your body are you right now?

Is your belly taking your whole awareness or is it your leg,

The left or the right,

Or your feet,

Your head,

Your chest,

Your fingers?

Where is it?

It can even be an organ,

It can be a pain point or a pleasure point.

Wherever you are right now,

Stay there and feel.

Fully allow this part to get your full awareness.

And just listen.

What is it telling you?

Does it feel already loved or does it feel weird,

Angry,

Sad,

Heavy or joyful?

Everything is allowed.

The more you can describe it,

Feel it,

The more able you are to judge it.

Judge it with some feelings you would love to feel here.

If you normally doubt yourself at this point like,

Oh,

This looks bad,

I don't know how it looks from this side or that and I don't feel so good here,

Then I truly invite you now to accept that.

Feel it from within.

How does it really feel?

What is it communicating with you?

Maybe it's not telling you I'm ugly,

Maybe it's telling you,

Hey,

I just want your attention and I feel,

I have a feeling and I want to be loved.

I want to be accepted.

And listen,

Can you send a smile or a sense,

Positive thought to it?

You might even touch this body part and give it a small massage.

They,

Hey,

I love you.

I'm sorry.

I was not listening earlier,

But now I am here for you.

I'm really sorry.

I was not listening.

I'm so thankful that you are still here.

You're supporting me and my whole system and my being.

You're really important for me.

Like everything else in my body,

As important.

It's all one.

I love you.

And communicate all the love you have for this body part.

And if a full love feels weird and say,

I will love you when I'm ready.

I am opening to start giving you my awareness.

I'm opening up to give you acceptance.

I'm now already thankful that you are here.

And you will feel it.

As the love,

The acceptance already there.

You might want to continue this journey in your body.

Is there another body part where you step sometimes or you stand in a mirror and you're like,

I don't like this or that on me.

Then go through that point.

If it's not one specific,

You can also go through your whole body and see what is it communicating with you.

What is it telling you?

Which story?

Which feeling?

And when you get some answers,

Also repeat,

I'm sorry,

I was not listening earlier.

I'm thankful that you are here and supporting me.

You know,

I love you.

And send the love,

Send the acceptance,

Your full awareness into this body part.

You might want to continue for a few more rounds.

If you feel you need more time to church yourself up,

Then just keep doing it.

And otherwise,

We slowly get out of the meditation.

Take three more really deep breaths and with every inhale,

Feel yourself where you are right now.

And with the exhale,

Send love into every cell.

Inhale,

Feel where you are.

Exhale,

Send love into every cell.

Inhale,

Feel where you are.

Exhale,

Send love into every cell of your being.

Slowly open your eyes,

Welcome back.

Self-love into your body.

This practice allowed me, for the first time, to really be able to feel in to my heart, and thank it for alerting me to what triggered it and why, and to be truly thankful that by paying attention I could say thanks for reminding me that this helped protect me in the past, reminded me that it was triggered just as it had in the past, and now I can chose to say, never mind, others live you, you are deserve to be loved, and you don’t have to let this person ruin the rest of your day.
