This guided meditation will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio,
You're in a safe and comfortable place,
Free from distractions,
Where you can fully relax and let go.
Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions,
Where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time,
Your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now,
Make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental wellbeing.
Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a long slow breath in through your nose and a gentle breath out through your mouth.
With each breath feel your body beginning to soften.
Allow your forehead to smooth out.
Soften the muscles around your eyes and allow your jaw to release.
Relax your neck,
Your shoulders,
Feel them drop and grow heavier.
Bring awareness now to your arms,
Allow them to rest deeply,
Motionless.
Your hands are loose and relaxed.
Allow your breath to move into your chest and down into your belly,
Rising and falling with a gentle rhythm.
Soften your hips,
Your thighs and your knees,
Allow your legs to lengthen and release.
Relaxing your calves and your ankles,
Your feet,
All the way to your toes.
Now imagine you're lying on a soft warm cloud.
And it's supporting you perfectly,
Moulding to your shape,
Holding you with care.
The air around you is quiet and still.
The sky a gentle blue.
And the cloud begins to drift,
Slowly lifting you upwards.
As it rises you feel lighter,
More peaceful,
More free.
With every breath out you release a little more weight.
With every breath in you draw in calm.
Higher and higher you float.
Above the noise,
Above the tension,
Above the thought.
The world below becomes softer and quieter until it fades completely.
There's nothing you need to do,
Nothing to fix and nothing to figure out.
Only this,
This breath,
This moment,
This lightness.
You are safe and open.
And you're so relaxed now,
Drifting into the space where your inner world is at peace.
Now bring your hand to the centre of your chest,
To CV17,
The Sea of Tranquility.
This is your heart's centre,
The place where courage begins.
And rest here a moment,
Breathing gently here.
Repeating to yourself,
I am enough.
I am steady and strong.
Now bring your fingertips to the tops of your shoulders.
This is GB21,
Gallbladder 21.
Gently press or squeeze this area.
This point helps release pressure and tension held from self-doubt.
As you massage,
Imagine weight lifting off your shoulders.
And you can repeat to yourself,
I release old stories.
I carry myself with confidence.
And now move your fingers to the outer upper chest,
Just under the collarbone.
This is LU1,
Lung 1,
The letting go point.
And this supports emotional release and self-expression.
Gently tap or rub these points and say to yourself,
I release fear.
I speak my truth.
And now finishing with L14,
The webbing between your thumb and index finger.
This is your action point.
Press this spot firmly but gently on both hands.
As you hold this point,
You repeat to yourself,
I believe in myself.
I take bold,
Clear steps.
Now rest your hands and feel the energy you've created.
It's alive in you.
Strength,
Clarity and trust.
You are ready to meet the world.
You are enough.
You always have been.
All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind.
And they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.
Stronger by the day,
Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.
And when you're ready I'll count from 1 to 5 and you'll slowly come out of your state of relaxation.
