Let's start.

So,

The kind of.

.

.

I mean,

We always meditate,

Always connecting to souls.

But today I want to bring the.

.

.

You know,

This kind of a small voice that maybe enters sometime to my mind when it's not balanced.

I hope not to your mind,

But if it does,

So it will be relevant to what we're doing.

This kind of a voice that said,

Why to bother?

Why to meditate?

You know,

It's just a waste of time.

Come on.

Get real.

If you do have this kind of a voice,

In this words or other words,

Just to give more power to what we're doing.

And when those kind of thoughts enter to my mind,

What comes straight after is a humbleness.

Yeah,

Like a sense of,

Whoa.

Who is talking here,

Really?

Just,

You know,

If I'm preparing salad,

I just look at the tomato and it brings me home immediately,

You know.

Or just cutting a lemon and see how intricate is the way it is.

Or just looking around.

It's all so magical.

Also so much beyond what we perceive as just simple.

Just a single thought about the time on this planet,

On this earth,

Circulating,

You know,

In space.

Breathing.

It's all magical.

So this immediately pushes all kind of hesitation and thoughts to the side.

And then just thinking about all the immense benefits that I'm constantly receiving from engaging with spirituality,

With meditation,

With contemplation.

And it pushes all doubts to the side very,

Very fast.

Reflecting backwards and all the,

What me and many people that I know have achieved through constant practice pushes all doubt to the side.

And maybe the most profound is the question,

Who is thinking?

Who are you,

The one that thinks?

So basically it's uncovering the mind.

Like putting a flashlight on the thief.

It's you.

You came to rob my peace.

So if anyone of you,

Of us,

Is fighting sometimes those kind of thoughts,

There are many ways to deal with it.

But always we come back home.

Another thing that is very powerful for me is immediately to think about death.

Immediately to feel that,

I mean,

It's so mysterious what's happening here.

And the fact that I have a very deep sense that I'm infinite.

That I don't really die.

So all these are kind of shaking that questioning part and bring it back to center.

So let's come to center.

So what we're doing is establishing or reconnecting with the One.

Always reconnecting with the One.

So,

Of course,

The One will show itself,

Present itself very clearly in this meditation.

As early as it's presenting itself,

We feel better,

Always.

But maybe we can invite it right now,

At this very,

Very second.

Because the One is actually who we are.

It's not something we need to discover or to,

I don't know,

To find.

It's something that we need to acknowledge.

So how do we find the One so there will not be suffering?

What split the One into two,

And as the Tao Te Ching says,

The myriad beings,

The infinite beings,

Is the mind only.

Nothing but the mind,

Meaning thoughts.

So that already gives the whole clue.

The difference between One and Two is thinking,

Not thinking,

Basically.

Or better saying,

Identifying with thoughts or just allowing thoughts to be.

Or even deeper saying is the I-thought,

That I am me,

This deep,

Defaulted thought or sense that I am me.

That's the Two.

The One is what sees all that.

Let's recognize the One,

And another word for the One is awareness.

And then another word could be called consciousness.

But here the words are not very important.

What's important is the experience.

So what is the experience of the One?

What is the positioning of the One?

So then there is peace.

If we understand it,

The One meaning beyond the mind is not no thinking,

But it's beyond thinking,

Or above thinking as Eckhart Tolle explained it,

It's above thinking.

So let's discover that above position right now.

Even if the mind is still busy,

Even maybe there are emotions that are not comfortable,

Even maybe there are physical sensations that are not comfortable.

Let's try to be the observer,

Or to acknowledge the observer within us.

And try to localize it,

Because the observer is not only a philosophy,

It's an experience,

It's direct experience.

What kind of a sensation is to be in that observer seat,

Let's say,

Or state?

What happened in your brain?

What happened in your body?

What happened in your face,

Your eyes?

Your nervous system?

What happens maybe outside your body?

Because when we're entering into the observer mode,

What becomes apparent is infinity.

Because the One is One,

It's not One inside me,

And outside is another One.

It's not even One,

The observer,

And One is the object being observed.

One is One.

Or this One is even more,

Not One,

It's zero.

So let's say focus and try to kind of establish as deep as possible in that state of the observer,

But not the active observer,

Because observer kind of gives a sense of doing something,

I'm observing something.

It's not really that.

It's more being.

It's a space.

The sky doesn't observe the cloud.

There's a space in which the cloud moves.

The ocean doesn't observe the waves,

Or the ships,

Or the fish.

The same awareness doesn't observe thoughts.

It is the space where thoughts,

Emotions,

And the whole creation manifests.

So when we're moving into that kind of position,

Or positioning ourself in that state or experience,

Something in our physiology changes and we can feel it.

The breath goes deeper.

There's more space in the chest.

The nervous system starts to soften.

There's a sense of a more softening in the eyes,

Inside the brain,

The mind.

There's a sense of a more permeability to life,

As if our being starts to breathe,

To communicate.

Without any effort,

It's become part of the breath of creation.

All what I'm describing is only because of letting go,

It's not because we're doing something.

As much as that control of the mind softens,

All those experiences of well-being start to become more and more apparent.

Let the awareness,

Let it be aware of emotions.

The most focal area of emotions is chest,

Maybe throat,

And solar plexus.

Of course,

It can be in other places.

Just allow awareness to shine light onto those areas without trying to fix anything,

But just as presence.

As you're shining light on an object,

In this case those areas where emotion manifests,

Always,

Always,

We're asking ourselves,

As whom am I shining the light?

Is it me,

The person,

Shining light from,

Let's say,

My forehead,

My third eye,

Onto my chest,

For example?

Or is it the whole creation?

Shining light of awareness through my third eye onto those areas where emotions are felt.

Both will work,

But of course the second is extremely,

Extremely more powerful than the first.

So as we're moving into a state of awareness,

In the spiritual sense of awareness,

Because we're aware all the time,

I'm preparing something to eat,

I have some sensation in my knee,

I'm aware of my thoughts,

But it's not a spiritual level of awareness,

It's an ego state of awareness.

When we are aware in the spiritual sense,

In the infinite sense,

Then we're kind of handing our sense organs to creation.

We're handing our ability to become aware to creation.

And then through that ability,

Creation itself is observing and becoming aware of itself,

Which we normally call me,

I,

Mind.

So that part within us,

The area of the third eye,

Let's say,

Is in a way like a funnel through which the awareness of the whole creation can funnel its light into the object.

So that's what we're doing.

We're inviting the whole creation to become aware of those emotions appearing in what we call our system.

But as much as it's less personal,

My emotions,

The shift is more powerful.

The same as if you're going to an operation and you allow the doctor to operate and you get some anesthetics and you're letting go completely because you let them do the job.

Something like this,

But it's not the same because now you are also the doctor.

So.

.

.

But the letting go is the same.

So the whole creation,

The infinite consciousness,

Through our awareness,

Is interacting with emotions inside our system.

And if we want it to be more powerful or another way of approaching,

Is I'm surrendering the emotion within my physical form,

My human form,

To infinity.

But it's not that infinity is outside of you.

You are infinity.

But it's the way of renouncing the mental activity and identity.

And after we kind of smooth out the emotions,

Because they synchronize with source,

With infinity,

Then we're inviting the nervous system.

Remember that you are the whole creation,

You are not that person.

But out of separation,

Out of being two instead of one,

Your nervous system becomes nervous,

Becomes stagnant,

Becomes agitated,

Becomes anxious,

Which is normal.

But now when we're realizing the one,

As the one,

I'm inviting my nervous system to synchronize with one,

With the one which am I.

Now,

Nervous system is not something abstract.

You have to connect to a sense of nervousness within you,

A sense of a certain level of agitation,

Of anxiety,

A certain sense of maybe fear that life is not safe,

That the being is not safe.

And you're offering that sense of fear,

Of deep fear,

Deep anxiety to creation.

I'm offering the nervousness or the anxiety in my nervous system to synchronize with the whole creation,

Which am I,

Which am I.

It's not outside.

You know it's working because you start to feel better.

Maybe you don't feel your physical form,

Your emotional form,

Your mind so kind of on the front of your existence.

Maybe you don't feel your human existence as something separate from the totality.

So after we invited the nervous system to synchronize,

We can invite our physical body.

Again,

Our physical body,

It is suffering because of the attitude of two or separation.

I'm inviting my physical body on all its aspects to synchronize with souls.

Remember always you are what the body synchronizes with.

Nothing is outside of you.

You are that,

That you are.

The light of consciousness,

Which the creation,

The whole creation shines through your awareness,

Is dispelling,

Is like a melting any form of resistance,

Of discomfort,

Of a kind of vibration that is not in accord.

So as long as you feel something that is vibrating in different notes,

You can say it doesn't feel right.

Within your human form,

To shine awareness on that part of you and invite it to join,

To join the infinite consciousness which you are.

Now this feels amazing,

Very blissful,

Beautiful.

It's extremely healthy.

But it's very important to note that even if it's not so blissful and beautiful,

It's still One.

It's always One.

So part of our evolution as human beings is to realize that I'm always One.

Even when I feel unwell,

I'm One.

And that the suffering of a human being is just a different vibration of creation.

It's not separate from creation.

The same as a storm in the ocean is not separate from the ocean.

It is still water.

To get more power together,

Let's acknowledge our unity.

Because it's normal that not all of us are feeling the same.

Some of us are facing some hardships.

So it's normal that we can't always raise to a very blissful and harmonious vibration.

But here we are a Sangha,

We are a community of sisters and brothers on this path.

And we are here to support each other,

To keep the vibration as high as possible.

So let's acknowledge that we are together,

That we're forming a circle of brothers and sisters connected with the identity of unity,

Connected with love from our hearts,

Connected with an energy that unites us together.

And just place yourself anywhere intuitively you feel is your place in that circle.

And allow that connection with Source,

With pure consciousness,

To shine through you into the rest of the group.

Because the minute we're acknowledging our group,

Each one of us is one of us.

It's a matrix of living being.

So the minute I'm balanced,

That's the energy I'm giving to the rest and vice versa.

And when we exhale,

Let's visualize that we're sharing love,

We're sharing unity,

We're sharing peace with each other.

When we inhale,

We can receive the same qualities,

Especially we can guide them to areas and parts of ourselves that need healing.

And the same as we're supporting each other,

Let's invite friends,

Family,

Or anyone that you know that right now they find it tough,

They're going through a difficult time,

Invite them to the circle.

Of course it can be animals,

Plants,

The earth,

Anyone that you want.

Just let them be part of this process.

Let them,

Invite them to experience this unity that shines.

Beautiful.

And before we end this session,

It's very important that we can take it with us as we're moving out of the meditation into our day,

Into our evening night.

So that state of one is always available for us.

And as we started this meditation,

It's some kind of a positioning or arrangement inside our brain and it's acknowledgement of the truth.

I am all there is,

All there is am I.

I am that,

That I am.

And we try to kind of incorporate it as much as possible during the day.

And this will transform into you,

Into being,

You know.

So it doesn't take too much effort.

It's become part of you.

Thank you very much for joining.

Blessings to everybody.

Have a beautiful,

Beautiful day,

Night,

Evening life.
