Welcome to this meditation with the sounds of the crystal balls.
It's all about helping you come home to your body.
So give yourself a moment to allow yourself to arrive,
To gather your whole self into this moment,
And allow yourself to really receive the comfort of whatever it is that you're sitting or lying on,
And just know that you're going to be held in time for the next 15 minutes or so,
And you don't need to do anything or be anywhere else other than right here,
And perhaps you might like to do that two more times,
Breathing in to gather up all the scattered parts of yourself,
Breathing out to release any tiredness,
Anything that's stale or stuck,
Feeling yourself becoming grounded,
Really returning here,
All of you in this moment,
And just take a moment to allow your awareness to rest in the palms of your hands,
The soles of your feet,
And the very top of your head,
And just notice the tingling,
The warmth or cool sensation of circulation here,
And take a moment to really notice the quality of your energy body in this moment,
Or the breath and your awareness deep into your belly,
And just notice what's alive here in your belly,
Just consciously releasing any tension,
Allowing the energy to really flow and circulate here,
Feeling into our gut brain,
This whole lower abdomen,
Noticing what's alive here for us today.
Our gut brain really has as many brain cells here as a cat,
And this part of us really knows what's right for us.
It knows the foods that are best for us to eat,
The time and the cadence for us to eat,
So take a moment to just really allow all of your awareness to be here in our gut brain,
And listen.
What does your gut need you to know?
Let your gut know that you are listening,
And then let your awareness rise up into your solar plexus.
Breathe into this space and just feel what's going on here.
Notice the quality of energy here,
And feel this glowing,
Radiant gold,
And breathe into this space,
And perhaps you need to add the little prayer,
I trust myself,
I trust myself.
Allow any dust that's settled here,
Any blocks that are in the way to just be dissolved by the sound of the bowls.
I trust myself,
And just feel this kind of connection between our gut and this sea of our self-confidence.
Feel these energy centres connected,
Energy easily flowing and circulating between them,
And then from this place of feeling very connected,
Allow your awareness to flow up into your head,
Through your throat,
And just notice the quality of energy alive in your head in this moment.
And perhaps you need to metaphorically open the doors and the windows to really let that energy just release and flow.
Let fresh air into your head,
And just feel this natural flow of energy,
Like a figure of eight,
Up from the tailbone,
Through the lower belly,
Through the solar plexus,
Looping through the head.
And the loudest bowl in this meditation today seems to be the heart bowl.
So let's take a moment to really tap into our heart,
Breathe into this heart space,
And notice what's alive here for us today.
We might want to drop in the prayer heart,
And even though it might not be obvious how,
You know you can support what the heart wants.
And right now you might notice what you need.
So join me in coherence breath as we breathe into the heart space,
And really receive and acknowledge what it is we need.
We breathe out,
We send it out,
We feel it magnified out in the world.
Breathe in to receive exactly what it is that you need.
Breathe out,
Send it out into the world,
And feel it magnified around you.
And together we might want to breathe in more ease,
Receiving the ease into our heart,
Breathing out,
Sending that ease out.
Breathing in,
Receiving ease.
Breathing out,
Radiating ease.
Breathing in,
Receiving more love.
Feeling that love really soaking into our heart.
Breathing out,
Radiating love out into the world,
Feeling it magnified.
Breathing into the heart to receive more patience.
Feeling that patience soaking into our heart.
And as you feel yourself coming into coherence here,
Just take a moment.
You're doing so much better by yourself.
Really give you a pat on the back.
Just really feel the benefit of that positive acknowledgement.
And may you take this positive energy,
This grounded sense of being in your body through your whole day ahead.
And as we bring this practice to a close,
Just take a moment to deepen your breath.
Maybe you begin to bring some movement into the fingers and the toes.
And with your next in-breath,
Taking a nice big stretch up,
Wiggling the fingers,
Joining the thumbs above the head,
Blinking the eyes open as you bring your hands down to heart.
And as you bring your hands down to your heart centre,
