Welcome to your heart coherence practice with Danika.
Please find a spot where you will be undisturbed for the next few moments and minutes.
Finding a comfortable cross-legged seat or if you wish you may sit on a chair.
Slowly begin to find yourself in a long neutral relaxed spine.
Letting the shoulders begin to drop,
The jaw begin to relax.
Taking a full deep belly breath in through the nose.
And letting it all go out through the mouth of an audible sigh.
Beginning to close your eyes.
Letting all the effort required to bring you to this point in your day go with ease.
Maintaining an extended breath.
Inhaling for a count of four.
And exhaling for a count of six.
Maintaining this in count for four and out breath for six.
Slowly disconnecting from the external world and reconnecting with the internal world.
Withdrawing our senses from the external to the internal.
The world within the world.
The space in which our true creation resides.
As you maintain a slightly extended breath we signal now to the body,
To the physiology that you are very very safe to move from your flight or flight response to a more compassionate and open state.
Now bringing the index finger and middle finger of the right hand to touch the center of the chest signaling now even deeper to our physiology that we are very safe.
Deterfering now our intelligence from the cranial mind to the heart mind.
Allow your consciousness to drift now towards the center of the chest.
Taking another full belly breath igniting that heart space with every breath in and out.
We are going to increase the coherence,
The connection between the heart brain and the cranial brain.
Allowing all the systems of the body to come into optimal functioning by turning our mental energy towards images that elicit strong feeling of gratitude,
Appreciation and care.
We do this now by bringing forth an image or a plethora of images that evoke these feelings strongly.
Allow yourself to find one moment memory experience or a plethora of memories experiences to evoke these strong feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Love and care.
Letting go of all judgement and allowing your mind to show you images that draw forth these strong feelings easily.
We are going to move into silence now for a few minutes remembering that this is not a relaxation meditation but in fact a guided consciousness practice.
Bringing back your mind to these images that elicit strong feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Love and care.
Feeling you like a balloon raising your high vibrational feeling state.
I'll call you back in the next few minutes.
Slowly taking a deep belly breath in through the nose.
Letting it go with an audible sigh,
Lowering your hand back to your right thigh.
Knowing the feelings you've just expanded and created to move within the physical body ever outwards.
You've taken your vibration to a much higher level.
Taking another full belly breath and slowly bringing movement as you exhale to the physical body and only when you're ready slowly blinking your eyes open.
