In this meditation, I invite you to clear out the mental clutter to allow you to cultivate a beautiful inner garden, a space for you to grow and flourish. Remember, you create the garden you live in. For those of you that are feeling stuck or bogged down,

Use this meditation to help you weed out stagnant thoughts,

Behaviours or beliefs that are holding you back from reaching your full potential.

Lean back slightly,

Raise your chin and rest your hands wherever is most comfortable.

When you're ready,

Close down the eyes.

Start by bringing your awareness to the space around you.

Notice any sounds,

Any smells.

Can you feel the air brush past your top lip as you breathe?

Now turn your gaze inwards and take a moment to check in.

How are you feeling today?

Are there any areas of your body where you are gripping or holding tension?

Take a deep breath in through the nose as you fill up your lungs.

And as you breathe out,

Let go of any tension,

Allow your body to fully relax.

Find your centre and go deep within.

Imagine you are walking alone along a forest path on a lovely spring morning.

You spot an old wooden door over in the distance surrounded by shrubs and greenery.

You are compelled to walk towards it.

As you arrive directly in front of the door,

Your right hand reaches out and pushes it wide open.

You step through into a secret garden.

As you look around,

What do you see?

Can you see plants,

Flowers,

Trees,

Animals?

Take another look around.

What else can you see?

Now bring your attention to the smells.

Can you smell the fresh woodland air,

The plants and the flowers?

And what else can you smell?

And as you explore the grounds,

Notice the weather.

Is the sun shining or is it raining?

Is the air warm or icy cold?

This garden is your mind and your thoughts are the seeds.

You can choose to grow flowers or you can choose to grow weeds.

Today,

I invite you to do some spring cleaning to clear out the mental clutter that you no longer want to give time and energy to.

At the far end of the garden,

You notice a small shed and start to walk towards it.

Inside you find some gardening tools and gloves.

You put on the gloves and roll up your sleeves.

You begin to uproot the weeds of your garden,

Removing any negative thoughts,

Limiting beliefs or destructive patterns that keep on repeating themselves.

Take a moment right now to think of something that you no longer want in your life.

Imagine this is a weed in your garden and picture yourself uprooting it.

Now think of another negative thought.

Negative thought,

Belief or pattern that you want to eradicate.

You come back next week to learn more about recording and might be able to direct right one more,

Visualise yourself tending to your mental garden,

Pulling out the weeds now that you've weeded your garden,

Lay down some fertiliser,

Then start to plant your seeds what positive thoughts,

Empowering beliefs and great habits do you want to cultivate in your mental garden?

What positive thoughts,

Empowering beliefs and great habits do you want to cultivate in your mental garden?

Now water the seeds,

Place both hands on your heart space and set to clear intention backed by love and acceptance keeping your eyes closed,

Slowly begin to come back into your body find some gentle movements in your hands and in your feet wriggle your fingers and move your toes,

Slowly waking up the body take a deep breath in,

Take a deep breath out and remember,

You are the gardener of your own reality in your own time,

Gently open your eyes and notice all of the beautiful colours around you you
