Hello,

My name is Jamie Wozni,

So I invite you to get comfortable in your space.

And you can either intend in your mind or whisper aloud.

I release any energy I may be carrying innocently that isn't mine.

I call back all of my own precious vital energy to me now.

I am me and only me.

And just let go of anything from the day you innocently hung out with and come back home to you.

Our intention is powerful.

And let's just start to deepen the breath.

It's okay if it takes time for us to transition from the day to the night.

This is normal.

All we're doing is saying,

It's okay body,

Wherever you are,

And I'm going to invite you over here.

And if you want to catch up,

You can,

When you can.

I know you're really wise and smart.

So I'm just going to create this space that's a gentle invitation,

A loving invitation to settle.

So let's let that breath deepen down into the belly,

Expanding it like a balloon.

Through the nose,

Nice and deep.

All the way full.

Bring in a little more air.

And then exhale,

Nice and slow and long and drawn out.

Let the day go.

Into the belly.

Nice and slow,

Like you're stretching your insides gently,

Being as gentle as you can right now.

And exhale,

Nice and long and slow.

One more into the belly.

And release.

Good.

Now I want you just to allow yourself to be present.

And we're going to do this just by noticing what's here.

And when we do that,

It gives our thinking brain a chance to rest so that we can too.

So I want you just to gently notice casually,

Neutrally,

Some sounds around you.

And sometimes when I do this,

I can even hear the sound of my mouth or my breath.

So what do you hear?

A lot of times when we're not present innocently,

We kind of miss what's here.

And when we notice what's here,

The brain feels safer.

Oh,

I'm here.

I'm not back there or forward.

I'm right here.

And so let's notice some sensations now.

In the body,

Around the body,

Maybe you notice your body connected to the chair or the bed that's under you.

I want you just to be super casual.

This is effortless noticing.

It's how cool the brain is.

Your job is just to kind of direct your awareness and notice some things.

I'm just scanning and slowing everything down and noticing that connection behind me.

I'm just breathing into the belly,

Slowing the breath,

Slowing your energy and noticing.

And maybe you notice your socks around your feet or your head on the pillow or your hand on your chest or your belly.

Just noticing.

This lets the brain relax.

Just notice what's here.

And you might notice you yawn or sigh or take a deeper breath.

This is the nervous system down,

Regulating,

Coming back into a bit more relief.

I'm just breathing into that belly and exhale.

And with this exhale,

Can you let your body soften just a little?

Just a little.

And can you let yourself melt like sage butter into rosemary bread?

I let my body soften and I allow myself to trust that it knows when I'm ready to release and fall asleep.

My job is just to tend to it with care,

With love,

With a little bit of presence.

Allowing the body to be as it is.

Unconditional love has some sort of majesty in it.

It's okay if it's new or a practice.

You just say,

Hey body,

However you were today is fine.

Just fine.

We say to it,

Thank you for all you did.

I love you.

I'm sorry for anything that was tough today.

And I forgive you.

Please forgive me.

I know you're just trying to show me things and teach me things,

And I'm learning to understand you.

We're just opening up a little bit to that unconditionality,

That compassion,

That,

You know what,

However today was,

It's just fine because we can choose that for ourselves.

Just releasing and sending back anyone else's projections,

Influence,

On our deeper rest.

Let's breathe into that belly,

Soften that body.

Good.

I just want you as you're relaxing even deeper now,

Just settling in.

A little nice,

Easy intention.

Our body and our mind are listening to our desires.

And even if there's a part of us that doesn't believe it,

That's okay.

We welcome that part too.

It's okay.

And I intend,

What do you intend tonight?

To sleep peacefully.

I intend to sleep soundly.

I intend to have the best dreams of my life.

I intend that my body heals while I sleep.

Good.

And just holding it and letting it go.

Just trusting that you've programmed your energetic GPS.

And let's just let that body soften again.

Just a little bit.

Just moving,

Remembering,

Inviting ourselves in a new direction.

The body from the day,

That's fine.

However you are is fine.

And over here,

Kid,

Over here,

We're just going to soften.

What's your favorite butter?

Honey,

Sage,

Salted.

And we're going to melt into that farmer's market bread.

And we're going to know that we're loved by Jamie,

By David,

By Source,

By those that love you.

And we're going to breathe into the belly.

And we're going to let that light-filled breath move through the whole body.

And we're going to exhale,

Nice and long and slow,

Signaling safety to let go when the body is ready.

Let's do more of those breaths as we soften the body.

However today is and was is just fine.

And just allowing yourself to soften,

To be here a little more,

And to be easy and light,

Giving the brain a chance to rest.

I'm enough.

This is enough.

I can rest now.

Just breathing and softening,

Noticing what I hear,

What I sense,

And staying in this easy space as long as you need or feel like it.

And drifting off into the best dreams ever,

Whenever the body is ready.
