This is a short morning meditation to start your day with a positive intention. Sit somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed and relax. Find an intention on which you would like to focus on today.

Welcome to this morning meditation by Jamila.

Please find a place where you can sit relaxed and you feel comfortable.

Try to find a place where you won't be disturbed for the next 10 minutes.

Please take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose.

Now continue breathing your own natural breath and close your eyes.

Please bring your attention to your breath for a few moments.

The way you inhale the clean,

Nice air.

You let go of the things that you don't need for today when you exhale.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

After this meditation,

You're starting this day full of energy and commitment.

I would like you to set an intention for your day.

Something positive.

Something you want to focus on today.

Maybe you want to focus on being energetic.

Or you want to focus on love or something else.

But make sure that what you want to focus on is something positive.

In a few moments we're going to breathe in through our nose and out through our mouth.

Just to gain some more energy to start your day with.

When you breathe out,

Really try to sigh so you hear it.

Like in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Do this twice.

And after you're done,

Continue in your own natural breathing.

In through your nose and out through your nose.

And focus on your intention for today.

I will let you know what will come back to the surface.

And you can start your day full of positive energy.

So breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

In your own pace.

And just pay attention to your intention.

And if you get side tracked with your thoughts,

Just kindly and gently bring it back to your intention.

And continue breathing in your own natural breath.

And breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now slowly come back to the surface.

Maybe you want to move your fingers and toes lightly.

Move your whole body just kind and slow.

Just get it moving and start your day with your intention and your energy high.

And every time you feel like you need it,

Go back to this feeling.

Get back to your intention.

And make sure you use this positive intention for your day.

Now slowly open your eyes and whenever you are ready you can get up.
