Hi,
This is Janae,
And welcome to Yoga Nidra,
The journey to your soul tuition.
Find yourself in a comfortable position that might be lying down or reclined.
Begin to take in the familiar sounds of where you are,
And notice if your body needs anything.
If you need a pillow,
A blanket,
Take some time to adjust and get even more comfortable.
Soften the eyes or close the eyes,
And begin to feel into the surface that you are on,
And notice how the contact points feel.
Focus on your breath,
Inhale and exhale three times with an audible exhale.
The intention for today's practice,
I will read it out loud three times,
And you can repeat this in your head along with me,
Or you can just listen.
I establish myself firmly in my faith and trust to receive grace,
Guidance,
And protection as I return to the innate wisdom of my body and soul to heal itself.
I establish myself firmly in my faith and trust to receive grace,
Guidance,
And protection as I return to the innate wisdom of my body and soul to heal itself.
I establish myself firmly in my faith and trust to receive grace,
Guidance,
And protection as I return to the innate wisdom of my body and soul to heal itself.
Bring awareness to your feet,
Flex and point your feet six times.
Bring awareness to your hands,
Create fists,
Tighten,
Tighten,
Tighten,
And open into a star,
And repeat that six times.
Settle awareness to heart center,
Deepen that awareness to soul center.
Heart center,
Soul center,
Crown of the head,
Back of the head,
Center of the head,
Third eye,
That place right between your brows,
Throat center,
Heart center,
Deepen that awareness to soul center,
Navel,
Both hips,
Tailbone,
Both knees,
Both feet,
Whole body.
Bring awareness to all of the parts of the whole body,
Soul center,
Whole body.
Become aware of a circle of energy around your whole body,
The energy of protection.
Circle a second wave of energy around your body,
The energy of high vibrational golden light.
Circle a wave of energy around your body,
The energy of wholeness.
Notice how your body feels,
Whole body,
Three circles of energy.
Bring your awareness to your nasal flares,
And begin to breathe in the left nostril,
And breathe out the right nostril.
Continue to breathe in the left nostril,
And breathe out the right nostril.
And then begin to breathe in the right nostril,
And out the left nostril.
Breathe in the right nostril,
And exhale the left nostril.
Come back to natural breath,
Breathing in and breathing out.
On your next inhale,
Breathe in from every cell of your body,
Every cell inhaling all at the same time.
And then breathe out from every cell of your body,
Every cell exhaling all together.
Continue to breathe in from every cell,
And breathe out nine times.
Feel your body,
And become aware of the temperature of your body.
Notice areas of warmth,
And notice areas of coolness.
Continue to notice those areas of warmth and coolness as you stay in this deep inner experience.
Begin to visualize a color for the areas of your body that are experiencing warmth,
And a color for the areas of your body experiencing coolness.
And notice how relaxed the body is,
How quiet the mind is,
And how soft the breath is.
Be still,
And be.
Repeat inside your mind our intention,
Or just listen.
I establish myself firmly in my faith,
And trust to receive grace,
Guidance,
And protection as I return to the innate wisdom of my body,
Mind,
And soul to heal itself.
I establish myself firmly in my faith,
And trust to receive grace,
Guidance,
And protection as I return to the innate wisdom of my body,
Mind,
And soul to heal itself.
I establish myself firmly in my faith,
And trust to receive grace,
Guidance,
And protection as I return to the innate wisdom of my body,
Mind,
And soul to heal itself.
Center back to the breath,
Return to noticing the contact points of the body,
And feel into the protection,
Wholeness provided from the womb of existence.
Start to bring some movement to your fingers and your toes.
Slowly begin to blink open the eyes,
Bringing awareness back to the room that you're in.
You can linger here for as long as you would like.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
Namaste.
