Negative Thoughts, Self Regulating
Negative thoughts hit us and we can get lost in them... breathing allows us to calm the body and come back to the moment leaving the unsettling past behind us. As a survivor of Domestic Violence, I suffer from CPTSD and use this technique to assist me. It takes much practice but over time this technique has become habit and life changing.
