This meditation is an affirmation of what becomes possible when we meet life with open palms, instead of clenched fists or grasping fingers. How are you approaching your days, your life? If your life was a person that you were in relationship with, would you be friends? Is the connection harmonious and full of gratitude? Or is there resistance, dissatisfaction, and resentment there? In this soothing guided meditation with words written and spoken by Jeanine Cerundolo and relaxing music by Christopher Lloyd Clarke, you will be able to sink into a receptive state where you can enjoy your life, rather than fight with it. The gifts of your life are here, just waiting for you to allow them in. Are you ready, willing, and available for what it wants to offer you? What magic becomes possible when you say: "Yes!"? I hope you find out today...

Or receiving the gifts of your life,

A guided meditation by Janine Cirundulu,

Made for you.

Welcome to this space,

To this moment,

To this time for you to relish,

Savor and bask in what is right here,

Right now.

Take this moment to find a comfortable seat or lay down,

Relaxing fully so that you may feel connected and open.

Placing your hands face up on your lap or by your sides,

So that the palms are facing up to the sky,

Receptive,

Allowing and here available for what is.

Rolling your shoulders back,

Gently shine the heart open,

Make some space to expand,

To be present,

To arrive.

You are enough,

You have enough,

It is enough.

What are you longing for,

What are you fearing,

What do you want,

What do you crave?

What is in your way from experiencing that,

Having that,

Feeling that,

Enjoying it?

Allow yourself to melt into whatever space is holding you right now,

Let go of tension,

Of grasping,

Of holding yourself up.

Be held,

Allow yourself to be held,

Encircled and embraced by this moment,

By the energy of fullness where there's nothing to get to and nowhere to go.

What if you were here fully and let things come to you?

What if you didn't have to chase or race,

But only got to face and embrace everything in your path with compassion,

With the ability to meet it with joy and welcoming,

Meeting the truth of your life,

The truth of what is here,

Your truth,

Informed by your presence,

Informed by your hope,

Informed by what you believe and what you know,

What you see,

What you hear and what you give to this world.

Your full heart,

Your attention,

Your devoted presence,

Your commitment to show up.

What if there was nothing in your way?

What if you could open further,

Deepen and soften into letting life move you,

Into letting life fill you and animate you and let you be everything you are without obstruction,

Without holding back.

Free yourself now from anything that's holding you back.

Just let it slip off you like water,

Like rain.

You don't have to force things.

You can't control them anyway,

Even if you try,

But can you say yes?

Can you say hello?

Can you say I am here and I am capable and I am ready to walk this path before me,

To make a way here,

To open my eyes to what is and what has been and what is coming with eagerness,

With a loving anticipation of what awaits and with a full acknowledgment of what is here and has been,

To support me,

To lift me,

To guide me.

You can cherish anything you decide to see as precious,

Knowing it is here for you,

Knowing it is a gift.

How can you hold it lightly,

Gently,

Powerfully,

Gratefully?

Let yourself be a song that is sung by the universe.

Find your place as a cell in its body,

Doing and being and singing and vibrating and dancing exactly as you were meant to,

In conjunction with everyone else,

Every other being who you connect with and inter-be with in this web of life.

You have a place,

A purpose,

A design.

Take a few breaths right here into this place.

If you'd like,

You can breathe in through the nose gently and then out through the mouth softly,

A few times at your own pace.

Release what's not yours,

Not meant for you to carry anymore.

Make space here.

Make space here.

Make space here.

Let the stillness envelop you,

Surround you,

Enfold you.

There's nothing that should be a certain way,

But it could be any way that you infuse it with,

That you allow it to be when you make the way and the space and the room for it to breathe just like you.

Bring all your fears and worries and desires as an offering to the table and the scene and the altar of life,

Where it can be transformed and given up and energized into a new beginning.

Celebrating what's here,

Riding the tides of what's uncertain,

Navigating the grief of what is lost.

All of it is life.

All of it is yours.

All of it is good as it is,

As it unfolds.

As you breathe,

Imagine you are filled with light from the center of your being,

From your heart,

Let it emanate into your fingertips,

Into your toes,

Up your crown,

Coming like a waterfall from above your head.

Let it flow back and surround you,

Your own light and the light as you connect to what is ultimate and deeper and bigger and underlies all creation.

This loving force of what is that you can allow to move through you and to animate your being as you follow the mystery infused with majesty and surrender and grace.

There is so much here for you,

Who wants to find you,

Be like the beacon and the magnet for it,

Say I am available,

I am.

As you breathe,

Imagine this orb,

A ball of light above your head and it is everything that you have wanted and yearned for and desired and craved and hoped and wished.

It may be full of feeling more than stuff,

May be full of energy more than things.

Feel the light,

The power,

The subtle serenity of this beautiful orb above your head and notice your relationship to it.

Soften your heart wherever possible to make a home,

A bed,

A nest for it to land.

And when you're ready,

Allow this orb to slowly,

Gently,

Softly fall toward you as if floating in space and coming to meet you with reverence,

Sacredness,

The sanctity of connection.

It slowly drops down until it meets your crown and then your forehead,

Softening your eyes and your cheeks and then your smile.

It fills your whole face and then your neck and shoulders,

Slowly dropping down the side of your body,

The length of your arms and to your fingers.

It fills your heart,

Your ribcage,

Your belly,

Descending down into your hips and down the length of your legs to your toes.

It connects you to this earth,

Rooting you into the steady ground.

Pass your toes into the earth.

You are grounded and centered and expansive and whole.

Nothing is missing.

Nothing is wanted.

Everything is here.

Do not worry,

Child.

You are taken into account.

You are summoned forth to be blessed.

You are filled with what's possible.

You are gifted this moment of life that is yours to see through.

You see through your eyes.

You see the moment through and you offer it back to the universe.

The universe gets to know itself through you.

Are you open?

Will you be open?

Can you soften and open more?

There is no need to strive.

Do your part,

Walk your path,

Put in your devoted attention,

But you do not need to be restless and you do not need to be fast.

You do not need to stretch yourself beyond what is here or your capacity or your ability to feel good.

Move at the pace of your truth.

Do not rush and do not delay.

The truth will show you its way.

And your truth is what feels like a yes in you.

What you can embody without resistance,

What you can allow,

What you can give forth by way of what you receive.

Fill your cup today.

Breathe in the beauty of what's around you and within you.

Believe in it,

Nourish it,

Allow yourself to be filled up with goodness.

And when the time comes to smile,

Then smile.

And when the time comes to cry,

Then let yourself shed tears.

And when the time comes to dance,

Then move with ecstasy and with music.

And when the time comes to hold another,

Then embrace them as if nothing else matters.

And when the time comes to rest,

Then sleep with dreams that carry you into your next day.

And when the time comes to wake,

Then celebrate a new day.

There is a proverb that says,

Tension is who you think you should be,

Relaxation is who you are.

Tension is who you think you should be,

Relaxation is who you are.

Relax into who and how you are today,

For it is good.

Namaste.
