We are Shaltazar,

The Gavi Shpaninu,

The Energy of 33,

The Master Teacher,

And the Energy of 44,

The Master Healer.

We speak to you today about the wisdom found within your emotions,

Especially those feelings you often dismiss as uncomfortable or undesirable.

In your world,

Feelings are often categorized,

Labeled as good or bad,

Positive or negative,

But we say to you,

Feelings are truth.

They are the universe's way of communicating with you.

Every emotion you experience,

Whether joy,

Sadness,

Fear or anger,

Carries a message for you.

We invite you now to shift your perception.

You have been taught to reject the feelings that make you uncomfortable,

To avoid the lower,

Slower energies,

Such as anger,

Sadness and fear.

But what if,

Instead of rejecting them,

You embrace them?

What if you saw them not as something to get rid of,

But as something to understand?

What if in every moment of discomfort,

The universe is trying to speak to you,

Offering guidance and insight?

The universe speaks to you through many channels,

The whispers of animal totems,

The vibrant colors that cross your path,

The crystals you are drawn to,

And the synchronicities that unfold in your life.

It speaks to you through the songs that unexpectedly stir your heart,

The dreams that linger upon waking,

The sudden fragrance that carries a memory,

And the gentle brush of wind that seems to arrive with a message.

It calls to you in the patterns of the clouds,

In the words of a stranger that answer a question you have been holding,

In the symbols that reappear in your day,

And in the repeating numbers or sequences that catch your attention,

Reminders from the realm of numerology that there is meaning woven into the codes you see.

All of these are languages of the unseen,

Woven into the fabric of your experience,

Inviting you to notice,

To listen,

And to understand.

Emotions are not merely fleeting moods or random fluctuations in your inner weather.

They are a profound sensory pathway,

A direct line to the wisdom of the universe,

And a strong,

Unbreakable channel from your soul itself.

And know this,

Dear ones,

When you ignore your feelings,

You are ignoring the call of your soul.

Just as your eyes sense the world through sight and your ears through sound,

Your feelings sense the world through energy,

Vibration,

And subtle frequency.

They are finely tuned instruments able to detect shifts and truths that the mind alone cannot grasp,

Offering you an energetic language that bridges the physical and the mystical while carrying the pure voice of your soul into your conscious awareness.

When you experience an uncomfortable feeling,

Be it fear,

Grief,

Anger,

Resentment,

Shame,

Guilt,

Loneliness,

Or hopelessness,
