This is going to be a short meditation about patience.

So if you would like to join us,

Please,

Let's calm our mind,

Calm our bodies.

We can either lay or sit down.

But wherever you are,

However you choose to do this meditation,

Let's focus on our posture.

Hold those shoulders back.

Let's focus on our breath.

And let's work on patience within ourselves and within others.

On a personal level to a growth level.

Breathe in,

I am patient.

And allow yourself to use this as a mantra during this meditation.

If you feel that you want to speed this up,

Because your mind may be wandering on what you will do after this,

Allow yourself to be gentle and set aside those duties.

Be patient with your mind and patient with yourself.

These slow minutes are here to realign your mind to yourself.

We are going to take a few breaths to the count of four.

And I'll count you.

Breathe in,

Hold,

Breathe out,

Hold.

We're going to repeat this four times.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now let's count.

Breathe in,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Breathe out,

Repeat your breath,

Go back to the most calming breath that you have.

Don't push it.

You got this.

If you want to continue your four count,

Continue.

In our days,

There are so many opportunities to be impatient.

In some days,

It may encompass us as patience in this fast-paced world can be deemed difficult.

Know that you are on your own timeline with your own goals that will be accomplished with patience.

The best way to learn new things and new values within yourself is slowly and with patience.

Make sure you focus on that breath if you may have lost it.

For the last minute,

Let's focus on these words while breathing in and breathing out.

I am patient.

I have what it takes to achieve my goals and I am gentle with the time it takes to reach these goals.

I breathe in patience and breathe out love into the world.

I feel best when I take my time and understand that I am learning each day to be the best version of me.

Take one last deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Open your eyes nice and slowly.

Look around to the world you're in.

Take this meditation with you and practice patience,

Especially during this time.

You deserve the patience for yourself.

You deserve the patience for others.

You are patient.

Peace love y'all.

This was so beautiful, every part was so amazing, from start to finish, it was perfection 🥰. I feel so much better now, I had so much stuck impatient energy and now I feel better, and ready to move with the flow. Thank you!
