This meditation gently invites you to stop fixing, striving, or trying to “get there”—and instead rest into the healing that arises through allowing. With soft breath awareness, mind relaxation, and subtle self-inquiry, you'll be guided to remember the wholeness that has always been here beneath the noise. No effort is needed. No version of you needs to be better. This is a space where peace reveals itself not through doing, but by being fully as you are.

Just relaxing into this moment.

This space is yours.

It's a space where nothing needs to be added or fixed or changed.

It's just simply a space where we can rest as we are.

So there's no efforting in trying to quiet the mind or trying to meditate or align your posture or seek anything new.

If we can just embody this idea that we don't have to work for peace or healing because it's not separate from what we already are,

What if true healing doesn't happen through effort but instead through allowing,

Through remembering,

So our time together isn't about becoming more whole or becoming more calm,

It's really about softening.

Softening into what has already been whole.

Beneath the surface,

Beneath the noise,

Beneath the emotions,

Beneath the pain and the suffering.

So it's just simply remembering.

If it feels right,

You can take a big deep breath,

Just a soft welcoming breath.

Simply just noticing the breath moving in and out and just allowing the body to soften with each exhale.

Letting go of any ideas of what this moment should look like and just letting it be exactly what it is.

Just letting the body rest in the beingness of it all.

Perhaps letting your muscles around your face gently loosen,

The space between your eyebrows soften,

And dropping your shoulders softly and gently,

Feeling the arms growing heavy and relaxing the hands.

In this stillness,

We simply welcome what is here.

As you notice your breath,

Notice what is aware of the breath.

Not the breath itself,

But the awareness that knows it's happening.

What is that?

Can you sense the quiet presence behind all sensations,

Behind all thoughts?

Notice this awareness has no edges.

It's not located in a place.

It just simply is.

It's effortless,

Open.

You're not trying to be aware.

You are awareness.

And thoughts or emotions may arise,

And that's okay.

They are not you.

So just simply allow them to be there,

Knowing that you are the one who sees the thoughts.

And sees the sensations come and then go.

You may want to ask gently,

Inwardly,

Where is this me that is trying to heal?

Does this me have a shape?

A border?

Or is this me simply a collection of passing thoughts or feelings?

What remains when all ideas of me falls away?

What remains?

Notice this presence,

This awareness that is untouched,

That never needs healing.

Begin to notice the breath as it moves in and out,

Naturally and softly.

You can simply just wiggle your fingers and your toes as you come back to this room.

You can open your eyes gently,

Knowing that what you touched is never gone.

You carry it with you,

Or rather,

It carries you.

And when the mind forgets,

You can just simply remember,

Not by doing,

But by just letting go.

Letting life unfold from this place.

Letting healing be the byproduct of being what you truly are,

What we truly are.

And remembering that nothing needs to be fixed,

Only remembered.

So with that,

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for joining me to remember.
