There is an abundance of gratitude around you although sometimes it can be hard to see. This meditation and breathwork can help you see them and feel the warmth and love from all of the amazing gratitudes you are surrounded by. Join Spencer and dive into the amazing sea of gratitudes in this meditation and breathwork.

Hello and welcome to a Jones and Four Breathwork and Meditation.
I am your host Spencer Jones and I am so thankful to have you joining me today.
Thank you for sharing your energy with me and I hope that this breathwork and meditation brings joy into your life.
Today we are talking about gratitude.
Not only talking and meditating about gratitude but increasing our awareness of the gratitudes and the amazing things we have in our lives.
So why wait any longer?
Let's jump in together.
So first of all find a position that's comfortable for you.
That could be laying down,
That could be seated,
Whatever works.
Place your arms and hands wherever they are comfortable and close your eyes.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose or mouth,
Your choice.
With each breath slow down your heart rate,
Slow down your mind from racing and bring it to a singular focus.
Today let's focus on our nose and the sensations we feel as we inhale and exhale.
It is truly incredible how we are able to breathe.
Breathe in amazing oxygen that allows us to live and be at our best and then we can do it without even thinking.
And when we can control our breath,
When we actively think about it,
It's amazing how we can manipulate it to improve our bodies.
Take one nice breath in and hold your breath for five counts and then exhale.
Do that one more time.
Breathe in,
Hold it for five,
Four and five and exhale.
Continue to breathe in through your nose.
Nice slow deep breaths and listen.
We are surrounded by a sea of positivity,
An ocean of amazing things around us.
Sure there is an ocean of negativity in the world too,
But we see what we focus on.
So if you're seeing negativity,
Ignore it.
Turn a blind eye to it and instead find the things that are positives in your life.
The more you give the energy to the positives,
The more you see and look for the positives and the gratitudes in your life,
The more will reveal themselves to you.
Find one gratitude you have in your life right now and as you inhale breathe it in,
Filling your heart,
Your lungs,
Your mind and soul with that gratitude.
Hold it close with you,
Embrace it,
Then as you exhale let the warmth and love of it wash over your body.
Now find another thing you are grateful for.
Breathe it in.
Hold it close to you,
Almost giving it a hug mentally and then release it,
Letting that love wash over you.
Continue to do this.
I'll give you three more breaths and whether you find a new gratitude each time or you focus on one or two,
It's all good.
Focus on gratitudes or positive in your life and hold it close.
Here we go,
First breath.
Second breath.
Third and final breath.
Continue to breathe and listen.
There are so many positives around you,
So many blessings and gratitudes in your life.
Sometimes they're hard to see.
You have to search for them.
You have to dig for them,
But they are there.
The more you do it,
The more you see,
The more you find.
You deserve to be happy.
You deserve to be living your life to the max and finding the positives in your day,
Being grateful for the incredible things in your life,
Is the first step to getting your mindset right so you can live your life to the max.
Take one last breath in together,
Breathing in another gratitude.
As you exhale,
Wiggle your toes and fingers,
Bringing your body back to life.
There are so many incredible things in our lives.
You just have to look for them.
Now I suggest you look for them throughout the day.
First thing when you wake up,
Maybe you're on your base around your meals,
Around breakfast,
Lunch,
And dinner,
Or set a timer on your phone to randomly go off throughout the day so that you can find one or two things you are grateful for.
For me,
I love waking up in the morning and writing down my gratitudes,
And then I find them throughout the day.
I just say them to myself,
And at the end of the day I reflect and I write down the amazing things that happened to me that day.
That way I'm not only thinking it,
I'm writing it down and making a stronger imprint of the positives on my mind,
My brain,
My soul.
I am so grateful for all of you for joining me,

Just what I needed. Truly. To be grateful for something today. I don't tend to find things to be grateful for, but when I'm instructed to, or it's suggested I do, I find it almost easily and doing so makes me feel light.
