Welcome,
I invite you to find a seat or lie down and get as comfortable as you possibly can so you can switch off for the next five minutes.
Arms laying comfortably by your side or in your lap.
Just letting go of all the distractions,
The noises,
Anything going on around you in your outside environment.
Accepting that it's there and letting it go.
So often we are busy in life feeling like we need to be somewhere or have something to do or showing up as somebody or giving more.
This time is really to let go of all those expectations and just simply allow yourself to be in this moment.
We can do this by starting to ground into this present moment by noticing your breath.
Where it is entering your lungs,
From your nose or your mouth.
Going down into your chest,
Your lungs or your stomach.
Just noticing where it exits the body.
How do your nostrils or your mouth,
Just noticing your natural rhythm.
Not feeling the need to readjust it in any way.
Just allowing it to take its natural course.
This can also be used as a metaphor for life.
So often we feel like we need to control everything in our realities.
How it happens,
When it happens,
If it will happen.
This is the ego convincing us that we need to.
Not trusting that things can come to us without us needing to do at all.
The universe brings to us whatever it is we desire if we can let go and have faith.
We cannot change the past,
We cannot predict or control the future.
It's important that we remember this often.
And it's okay if we don't,
It's just an opportunity to come back to this deep remembrance.
That the responsibility doesn't lie solely on you.
You can breathe and let go and remain grounded in the present moment and trust whatever is meant for you,
Your highest good will happen.
It is safe to let go of the things that are naturally,
Organically coming to an end in your life.
Relationships,
The jobs,
The finances,
Old ways of being,
Old patterns,
Old habits,
Old thoughts.
If it's not serving you it is okay to let it go.
Because in letting go we can then make room for that what is meant for us in our lives.
I'm sure you have previous experience of this happening in your life.
This helps to build that trust that it's okay to let go now because we know it's going to work out.
I'd love for you to bring a nice big smile to your face now as you come home to this deep remembrance.
That you are safe,
You are held,
You are supported,
You are so deeply loved and you've got this.
