Thank you for tuning into this practice.

If you've clicked on this practice,

I gather that you are in some sort of pain.

Whether that be physical,

Emotional,

Mental.

Whatever form of pain or suffering you are experiencing,

I see you.

And I honour you for sitting with it.

For allowing yourself to sit alongside it.

And to find that inner peace within you that you know can transmute it.

Before any transmutation comes acceptance,

Compassion and love.

I invite you to find a comfortable place.

If it's safe and comfortable for you,

I encourage you to close down your eyes.

Allowing yourself to soften into your body.

Even though it feels tense,

Even though it feels hard.

We'll start with the breath.

Take three cleansing breaths here to arrive together.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.

Exhale out the mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

Allowing your breath to return to its normal breathing pattern.

In through the nose and out.

I invite you to choose an extended and expansive inhale.

Starting from the belly.

See if you can expand to the lower rib cage.

Bringing it up into the chest.

And out slowly and controlled.

Really slowing it down.

Being intentional.

Let's just focus on our breath here for the next minute.

Bringing our focus away from our pain and into our breath.

Allowing yourself to feel into the spaciousness.

The expansiveness of the breath.

I want to start this practice by inviting you to bring a sense of gratitude for this practice.

For yourself.

For choosing to tune in.

In a society where feeling any sort of emotion,

Pain,

Suffering has become numb.

Even if you feel numb.

I want you to honour that too.

In today's practice we're going to go to the root of our pain.

This takes courage.

This takes strength.

This takes a relentless compassion for self.

Self trust.

I want to honour you for choosing this practice for being here.

Knowing that you've chosen this for a reason.

I want you to take a few deep breaths here.

Tuning in with the energy of your hands.

And if it aligns with you I invite you to place your hands over the place that's tender.

Sending your breath here.

If your pain is not physical,

I invite you to place your hands on your heart.

Staying with your breath here.

I invite you to visualise roots growing out from your hands through your body into this pain that you feel.

And allowing it to extend out through your body.

Into the ground.

Into space.

Following and extending these roots with your breath.

Remaining present with your breath.

Honouring whatever is coming up and through for you right now.

I want you to see and acknowledge and feel into this pain.

Saying to yourself,

I see you.

I see you and I feel you.

And I love you.

Breathing.

I see you.

I feel you.

And I love you.

Taking a few more breaths like that here.

And as we tune into the sensations of pain to the perhaps wisdom of our bodies,

The niggles.

I want you to ask the roots,

What is this trying to teach me?

What am I not seeing?

Staying with your breath.

Allowing yourself to honour this.

To honour this pain.

You are not broken.

You are not weak.

You are as whole and as complete as you've ever been.

Now that we have grasped the roots,

I invite you to pull them out of your body.

But I don't want you to let them go yet.

Continuing to pull almost as if you're weeding the garden of your body.

Allowing whatever emotion is coming with this pain,

These roots to come up and through.

And repeating,

I see you.

I feel you.

I love you.

I see you.

I feel you.

I love you.

Continuing to pull until you feel they are out of your body.

And I invite you to hold them into your chest.

Hold them on top of your heart space.

And we breathe here with a loving awareness.

A loving acceptance.

With relentless compassion.

This pain is not yours to carry anymore.

I see you.

I feel you.

I love you.

And it's time to let you go.

And I invite you to now throw these roots.

Envisioning a white light around your body.

Throwing them and transmuting them to the light.

Releasing,

Transmuting.

Returning to your breath.

Feeling a sense of lightness wash over your body in this space.

The pain points.

And as we lie here in this lightness,

I want you to look down to your hands.

Envisioning some golden seeds.

Envisioning a feeling.

Tuning in with the feeling.

Of what you want to create.

Of what you want to feel.

And I want you to envision yourself walking lightly through a field.

And planting new seeds for your future.

And allowing yourself to bring a sense of joy to this process.

You deserve freedom.

You deserve love.

You deserve pleasure.

Taking a few breaths here to tune in with that energy that you want to call in.

As you plant and scatter these seeds in your field.

In your energetic field.

Starting to breathe into it.

Starting to transmute that pain and bringing in a pleasurable response.

This is the form of transmutation.

Allowing yourself to return to your body.

Releasing any grip.

Releasing any tension.

Softening your shoulders.

Relaxing your jaw.

Deepening your breath.

Honouring the journey you just went on.

Honouring the roots.

Accepting the roots.

Loving the roots.

And then allowing yourself to rip them out.

So they no longer serve you.

Planting new seeds.

Of who you want to be.

How you want to feel.

And how you want to be in the world.

Allowing yourself to tune in with your breath here.

Bringing your awareness fully back into your body.

Moving your toes and your hands.

Creating some gentle movement.

And whenever you're ready,

Slowly fluttering your eyes open and returning to the space.

This is a really honourable practice to partake in.

I honour your courage.

I honour your pain.

I see your pain.

Your pain does not make you broken.

Your pain is a hint as to where you need more love.

Big love guys.
