
New Default Coding

We drop into a new awareness of how to hold our system so that we can deactivate our default reactive system of survival and suffering. There is a way to access this switch. Let us learn how to change our inner program so that we can show up in this world in a Whole and a New way.
Transcript
There we go,
Take a deep breath in.
And then we come into the space,
Drop,
Drop my treasure.
And here we are in this beautiful energy vortex.
We see ourselves here with our energy opening up now.
Take a deep breath into your being.
And then as you breathe out,
Relax,
Relax,
Drop,
Drop into this moment,
Lovely you.
We feel a deep sense of gratitude that we come into these moments.
And we allow ourselves to be fully present here.
So focus on your body for a little few moments.
Just check that your body is relaxed.
Balanced on the left and the right.
Drop your shoulders.
Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.
Move your brow,
Your scalp.
And let your eyes drop a little deeper into the cradles,
Into the sockets.
Relax your jaw.
And then feel as if you can drop your shoulders a little bit and feel the relaxation going right through the collarbone,
Down the arms,
Down to the elbows,
Wrists,
Fingers,
Arms feeling heavy now.
And you breathe deeply into your body,
Filling up your whole being with this beautiful life force energy and then a long,
Slow out breath.
And as you do,
Let your tummy sink down towards the base of your spine,
The bottom of the bed.
Just drop,
Drop down.
And feel as if you can come into a beautiful space there now.
Wonderful you.
And then feel the balance on the hips,
The left and the right,
Down to the knees.
Let the knees fall apart a little bit if that's comfortable.
And then soften around the ankles and the feet and become aware that you are being held in the space where you are.
That gravity is holding you.
And if you drop a little bit more of everything that you're carrying,
You are still gonna be held in exactly the same way.
Make an agreement to let go of everything that is no longer serving you.
Relax,
Release,
Let it go.
And then we ask at the same time as we're doing that,
When we are breathing out,
To hook this idea,
Connect to the idea of when we release our breath,
That we are letting go of the breath that is no longer of use to us.
It served us well and now we let it go.
And we do exactly the same in this body.
We thank this body and its energy being for all the effort of being here in this life.
All the stuff that we have to do and pursue and perform and show up.
Just drop all of that performance,
So endlessly tiresome.
Drop,
Drop,
Drop,
Absolutely.
Even have that sense within you,
I just don't care anymore.
It's a wonderful way to absolutely say to your mind,
I give myself permission to not bother,
Not care,
Not hold,
Not fuss.
Beautiful.
So as you're in that space and you're letting the breath release,
Allow you to release with the breath.
Think about that in-breath as we do,
Acknowledging that with each in-breath,
You are receiving new life force,
New air,
Prana,
Beautiful streams of energy.
Breathe it into you fully,
Open up your being to receive,
And then breathe it out fully,
And then accept that into this mind,
Body,
Being,
We can accept and allow something else to come in,
Something new.
Are we asking that we will be aware enough and thirsty and hungry and longing enough to allow ourself the something new?
We imagine what that feeling is of being thirsty and wanting to drink and how delicious it is to quench that thirst.
We imagine that that is the energy that we want to bring into us,
That we give to us,
And we give to us a much,
Much abundance and fullness in as much as we like.
Beautiful you.
This awakening energy that's coming in through the receptive energy,
The perceiving,
And we are being asked now not to see,
But to perceive,
Not to hear,
But to intuitively hear through clear voice,
Clear audience,
Mental telepathy,
That kind of perception is to come in.
So it's not our senses getting it,
It's our perceptive sensing,
Higher sensing getting it.
That is switching on in us.
We were to think about being with people,
And if there is a sense of I will not tolerate this anymore,
Then giving yourself absolute permission to stand in the truth of it,
Not activate,
Not do,
Not perform,
Which is what we normally do then.
When we say I'm not doing this anymore,
Then we feel like there needs to be a little strength in us,
A little defensiveness or a little anger or something,
But just to hold it as an awareness,
This I'm not doing anymore.
So it's very strong and clear,
But no static,
No agitation of energy with us and another,
Just this is where I am,
And this is what I hold,
And it's a very strong determined,
But not determined with force.
I think if we could find that balance in us,
That would be very nice.
So it would be nice in a way for us to help our bodies to recode,
Help our mind,
The human mind,
The human conditioned mind,
Which must be to defend,
Defend,
Deflect,
Deny,
Distract,
Detach,
Destroy.
That's what we do because that's the survival story.
And we can imagine if we could give ourselves permission to not do that story anymore,
That we have to defend ourselves because we're not under attack,
Because we're not worrying about the survival game,
That your life doesn't depend upon them in any way,
Their attitude,
Their story,
Their expression,
That your life is your life,
And then that regaining your sovereignty,
It's my life,
And I'm offering this to you,
Take it or leave it.
I'm suggesting this,
Or this is what the rule says,
Take it or leave it,
Nothing to do with it,
No activation in it.
I'm just wondering if we could do it in a way that is not reactive,
When I sit here,
It's like an overwhelmed deer in the headlights.
Think about when a deer comes into headlights,
What happens is they react,
They either run into the car or the truck and try and attack it,
Or they run away and then probably fall in a ditch and break their necks,
Or they lie down and play dead,
We have those three limbic reactive systems that just kick in as a default.
And so if we start retuning that default defensive reactive system to one that is more impartial,
Neutral,
I don't need you to behave in a certain way so that I can feel heard or acknowledge,
Because maybe we could just switch that,
Maybe we make that tweak,
That we tune that bit and then this other bit that is retuning us can match it.
It feels to me like our work is to find the fine tuning of our own system from survival to thriving and letting go of all those survival codes is part of that story now.
All right,
Sweetheart,
Let's take a breath here,
Comes our bell.
And as you breathe in,
Feel this beautiful energy coming into you now,
My lovely.
We're so,
So grateful.
This being that can breathe in the breath of life and feel that breath of life coming into you and this beautiful being that can breathe out,
Release and let go,
We think about the steadfastness of our breath,
The reliability of this breath and the sense of our being that knows how to do this.
We don't have to think about it,
It is functioning for us.
And we're asking now that we can reconnect to that code,
That this being is taking care of us,
Our higher self is taking care of this beautiful human self.
And there are parts of our being that are an automation default.
And we're asking that we can come into more and more of those signals and the fine tuning towards that is what we can do to support our transformation.
We come into a different agreement with the mind body being that right now,
There are so many aspects of myself that move immediately into a default reactive system.
And I think that part of me,
I think that part of our human journey,
That reactive part of survival that has helped us to survive to this point.
And we imagine that we established that as a code,
A default system so that we could survive.
And we ask now that we can establish a new default system so that we can thrive and truly hear that within your being now,
What is it that I would encode into my being now that would support my life and all life and support our human journey so that we can come into a new experience,
A whole and a new experience.
We are infinitely aware that we are only perceiving and seeing and sensing to a limited degree.
And those limitations have been bound up in the perception of having to survive.
We have needed very few mechanisms to do that.
There are three reactive systems to help us to survive.
And that is to defend ourselves,
To fight,
To deflect,
To lie down and to run away,
Detach.
And we play all those games in subtle ways and very obvious ways,
But there is a part of us that knows how to run that system.
And right now we tune into that part of our system.
And that is the adrenal system.
We place our hands now on our stomach,
But right here,
This is where all of this is being run from.
And the moment of conflict,
The moment of hardship,
Of horror or terror or fear,
Anxiety,
Hate or rage,
Guilt or pain,
In that moment,
Our system slips into a default,
Releasing all those stress hormones,
Cortisone,
Epinephrine,
Norepinephrine,
And so many more.
It connects into our adrenal system and it runs a program.
It hijacks the mind.
It beats our heart at a rapid rate and blood flows down to the extremities so that we can run away.
It leaves us weakened and frail and vulnerable when the surge of energy has traveled through us.
We are all in this together.
We are depleted and exhausted.
The system is running all the time and it's no wonder that we as a species are depleted and exhausted.
There are so many reactive nuances and codes and signals coming at us all the time,
Reminding us that we are weak,
Frail,
Dependent,
Reliant,
Needy,
Pathetic,
And then there is a part of us that remembers who we truly are.
There is a part of us that knows that we are courageous beyond measure,
That we have a way of finding a way,
Even in the most treacherous times,
That we are ingenious and creative,
That we find compassion in the most unusual situations.
And this divine heart of ours that has the code for our transformation never sleeps.
It is fully awakened within us.
We ask now that we can shift our awareness from the stomach to the heart.
Bring your hands now and rest them upon your heart,
This beautiful heart that knows love.
And we think first how we experience love with loss and grief and pain,
Sadness,
Longing.
And when we experience any of these emotions,
The pull upon our heart is so deep that we can almost not bear it.
But if we can stay here and just feel that pull upon the heart and not pretend,
Deflect,
Deny,
Distract,
Detach,
If we could just be here,
Not try and anesthetize ourselves away from this deep pull in our heart and just feel the depth of this that we are feeling.
And for whatever it might be linked to,
A loved one lost,
A heartache,
A heartbreak,
Whatever it is linked to,
First to the one who has awakened that in us and brought that awakening to us,
We send them love and gratitude.
We're so grateful that we could love so much that we could feel loss so deeply,
Grief so deeply.
It is because of this compassion,
This quantum compassion that our hearts are opening.
Feel as if your heart could shatter and break,
Let it break,
Breaks my heart we say.
Let the heart break the wall that we built around it to protect ourselves.
Let it shatter and know that we are not broken.
We are just starting to open.
And as this wall crashes and collides with everything around it and falls and bits and shatters around us,
We see that is just the facade,
The outer facade,
And the vulnerable,
Tender heart,
The divine heart resides here.
When we shift our attention to our heart and we remind ourselves that it is now through the heart that we begin to create a new system that we elevate our awareness from the pain and the despair,
The struggle of survival,
The retaliation energy.
We shift it up to the heart and we feel the longing,
We feel the love.
It is when we are here that we can observe the poor behavior of our humanness and those around us.
And we can see a reflection of our own selves so lost within this world,
So desperate to protect ourselves,
So defensive in our mannerisms,
So angry,
So hateful,
So fearful,
So greedy,
So jealous,
So guilty.
Imagine that we can shift our awareness to our heart and feel love,
Feel immense compassion for our own sad stories,
For our own poor behavior,
For our own reactiveness,
Defensiveness,
Aggression.
And we can see this as a vulnerability.
And then we sit with that.
We sit with that vulnerability.
Can I see myself with a shattered heart,
Exposing my divine heart?
And can I see myself in a different way?
Can I see myself as a tender one who is just trying to protect its tender heart?
Can I remember who I am?
I am the very breath of the divine.
I am this tender heart.
I am filled with compassion.
And we radiate that compassion to our own being.
As you see yourself doing this now and connecting to the heart,
Feeling your heart,
We're asking now that we can imprint a code through the heart to this connection here of feeling soft,
Open,
Even vulnerable without having to defend ourselves at all.
And in that,
Opening our heart to immense compassion and love,
Unconditional love.
See through your heart now as if it is a light that is so radiant that you can send that radiant light to all those with whom we journey,
All our friends,
Families,
Colleagues,
Into our community,
Into the collective.
We direct our energy through the heart,
The filter of absolute kindness,
Love,
Compassion,
Sweetness.
And we don't expect anything back.
And we don't expect the other to behave in a different way.
This is unconditional.
That the other is free to behave and show up in any way they are for where they are at this point in their life.
But that we can give this energy as a light that they might find their way at some point.
Delightful if it is now.
But if not,
This light has touched their most vulnerable place because in the moment of the expression of anger or hate or rage,
They have released their armor,
Their shield is down,
Their defense system is down.
They have expelled all the energy that barricades their hearts,
Their souls.
And if in that moment when their shield is down,
We beam love to them,
The opposite has been done time and time again.
When we have beamed hatred and anger,
Revenge,
Shame and guilt.
But imagine that we no longer feed this mechanism that we have been playing in.
And at the rawest point of the other in the expression of their pain,
We look past the behavior and see their broken heart and see their pain.
And from our divine heart,
We radiate love,
Unconditional love.
They can get it or not,
But either way we are going to send it.
We are sending it into the rawest moment of our human nature when the defenses are down and the game stops being played.
And all the energy has been expelled towards defending,
Deflecting,
Denying,
Distracting,
Detaching and destroying.
If in the single moment we remember how to do this,
May this truly be the light that we begin to switch on in the hearts and souls of one another.
May this become our default setting.
We have everything to gain by creating this little upgrade,
Tweaking our energy in this way.
This is truly a magnificent gift for us.
As we continue to hold this awareness,
We thank our guides for bringing this awareness and consciousness to us,
For showing us how to work with the system that we have created to find the little chinks in the armor,
The vulnerable places,
The soft spots,
And to place an energy into the world and to place an energy into that soft,
Vulnerable space,
That it might touch the heart and soul of the hardened,
Hardened ones.
May all life be touched with an energy of love and grace,
Kindness and compassion.
It just takes one to start the most incredible ripple of consciousness around them.
Thank your being for bringing you to this point where you now hold yourself strong,
Determined and courageous,
Aware that there is something else coming in and we know exactly what it is that we would bring in now,
What we would choose with all our heart,
Because we have done such a long journey of knowing deeply what it is that we would never choose again.
With all my heart and with all my soul,
I choose this light,
Love,
Kindness,
Compassion,
Compassion,
Gentleness,
Unconditional love.
Place that beautiful energy around you now in a beautiful pod as if you have placed yourself in a powerful pod of chrysalis of light and love.
We begin to run this oxytocin into the energy field that you've created,
Which amplifies it,
Invigorates your system.
With those breaths,
We'll have three long,
Deep ah sounds as we release the breath.
Take a deep breath in.

Pour it through your heart.
Pour this energy into you and watch the colours in your third eye.
Deep breath in.
Ah.
Ah.
Beam it into you now.
Record your system.
Take a deep breath in.
Ah.
Beautiful you.
And we're going to bring the connection in as an imprint.
Flick your fingers.
Shake your hands.
Take the middle finger of the left hand and tuck it into your belly button.
The middle finger of your right hand,
Pop it onto your third eye.
