Close your eyes.
Feel into where you experience breath.
The sensations of breath as it moves gently in and out of your body.
Allow there to be space.
The invitation to dive deeper and deeper into your inner world.
Letting go of your day.
And as you breathe,
Allowing the body to soften.
Welcoming softly into the arms and shoulders.
And as they soften,
Let the throat and the chest and the jaw soften.
Let the softness moves into the head space,
The cheeks,
The eyes.
Slowly flowing downwards.
And every exhalation allows you to sink in to the softness.
Letting go of the legs.
See you lean deeper into the surface that holds you.
Allowing your bones to settle.
Almost as if the exhalation brought space in between every bone in your body.
I want you to imagine that you are a mountain.
Tall,
Strong mountain.
A mountain that arises from deep within the earth surface.
And with that depth also allowing a vast height above ground.
So that there is a solidity that moves in both directions.
The footprint of you as mountain is vast and huge.
Solid and sturdy.
Letting into the sensations of what it is to be a mountain.
What are the qualities of the inner dense rocky core?
Allowing yourself to transform yourselves into this solid structure of mountain.
Breathing it into every cell of your being.
An unmoving power.
Round it,
Solid,
Stable.
Feel the heights of this vastness.
Feeling where it resonates with you and your body.
This part that is visible above the surface of the earth.
And allowing yourself to also descend into those depths below the earth's crust.
How deep do you go and what are the sensations in your body that resonate with that depth?
What does it feel like?
Feeling into these two directions.
Removing your experience of the surface layers above ground that interface with the external.
Surface layers that are less dense.
That allow change.
That move through seasons.
Experiencing drought.
Rain.
Wind.
Snow.
Warmth.
And cold.
The different expressions of nature on the surface.
Feeling into the different flowers and plants and trees that grow from the base connected to the crust of the earth all the way towards the peak.
And their transformation through the seasons.
Through the dry and the wet seasons.
Through the cold and the hot seasons.
Through new budding growth and death.
Feeling into your own solid stability and depth as the surface transforms,
Evolves.
That parts get worn away only to be transformed into something new.
Feeling into the sensations of those cycles of transformation,
Evolution,
Breathing into your core,
Grounded,
Rooted,
Depths.
And as you breathe into this alignment.
Feeling your core channel,
The channel that moves from your pelvic floor base straight through your being to the crown of your head.
Breathing into this grounded alignment.
Breathing into any stillness that exists there.
Feeling into your essence as a mountain.
You can stay here for as long as feels right for you.
This is the end of this journey.
Thank you.
