Hello dear one,

Welcome to your 5 minute daily meditation.

This is your moment,

A pause,

A chance to return to yourself.

We often forget how powerful even 5 minutes can be.

5 minutes of stillness can shift the entire rhythm of your day.

This isn't about perfection,

It's about presence.

Each time you show up for this practice,

No matter how the day feels,

You strengthen something deep within,

A steady centre,

A clearer mind,

A softer heart.

Settle your way into a comfortable seat,

Let your spine lengthen gently,

Allow your hands to rest easily and without needing to change anything,

Just notice that you're here.

Let's begin by bringing awareness to the breath,

Feel the inhale and the exhale.

Let each breath be like a wave,

Rising,

Falling,

Steady and effortless.

Now gently scan through your body,

Soften your forehead,

Relax your jaw,

Drop your shoulders,

Relax your hands and soften the belly.

Let your whole body be here with the breath.

If your mind wanders,

And it will,

That's ok.

Each breath is an invitation to return,

You are training the muscle of awareness,

Not forcing stillness.

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

Again,

Breathe in and now let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

For the final moments of stillness,

Allow a simple phrase to arise,

A gentle anchor for the day.
