This meditation is part of a 33-day sacred intention practice—an invitation to meet your soul daily and allow transformation to unfold naturally. Each day builds upon the last, creating a gentle devotional rhythm that strengthens intuition, embodiment, and inner alignment. Fun is a spiritual practice, too. Welcome to day 25,

Fun.

Let's take a big breath in and let out a playful sigh.

Let it go.

Let's do it again.

Inhale energy,

Vitality,

And sigh it out.

Playful,

Fun sigh.

Yes,

Connecting today to fun,

To your inner child who loved fun.

This is the part of you that knows how to laugh,

How to explore,

How to let go of seriousness and delight in the moment.

This is the part of you that knows we don't have to be so wrapped tight around the finger in life.

We can let go and enjoy and bring in fun that it's safe,

That it's worthy and worthwhile to allow for fun.

You deserve joy that's lighthearted and unearned.

Let this be a day where you choose levity over seriousness,

Where you choose fun.

Let's imagine together,

Close your eyes or gaze ahead,

This beautiful breath in and out of the nose,

And now tuning your body like a tuning fork to fun.

What is fun for you?

What did you love to do for fun as a child,

As a young adult?

Maybe it was riding a roller coaster or dancing to your favorite music or painting or making up fun experiments in the kitchen or taking walks,

Not knowing where you were going,

Allowing yourself to get lost and to find new treasures like acorns that look like hearts or stones that you could write on.

Maybe fun looked like something else.

Feel now the energy of fun.

Let yourself go back in time to a moment when you felt delight and fun.

Maybe it was water skiing or riding in a boat,

Horseback riding,

Or something else that brought you deep,

Deep fun.

Feel it,

Let it move through your body.

Notice where it lands.

Notice if there's a color or a sensation with fun,

And then ask yourself,

Where can I have more fun?

How might I add more fun to my life?

Slowly,

Joyfully opening your eyes,

Making the choice today to do something purely for the joy and fun of it.

Dance,

Laugh,

Or let silliness be sacred.

Play is one of the highest forms of presence.

Thank you for showing up for your truest self,

For allowing yourself to have fun,

To put it at the top of your checklist,

To be in the energy of fun and letting that ripple out to the world.

I will see you tomorrow for our next intention activation.
