Take in three long deep breaths and as you exhale allow your body to feel relaxed.

Allow your mind to just gently let go.

As you become more and more still and more and more tranquil with every breath you breathe.

Imagine every breath bringing you into a state of ease,

Tranquility and relaxation while your mind stays fully alert and yet relaxed.

Letting go.

Let go into the stillness of your breath and to this moment.

Nowhere to go.

Nothing to do.

No one to please.

Every breath is a gift from the universe.

You are a child of God.

A beautiful loving being deserving to live in the highest vibration and expression of yourself.

It is your birthright you know.

It's said that human beings are the only creatures on the planet that can actually change their states of being through intentions and actions.

We can transform grief to joy,

Scarcity to abundance and fear to love.

Other life forms can only respond to the circumstances in which they find themselves.

Having been given this gift by the universe,

This absolute privilege,

Our gift back is to create a magnificent life.

One of the best ways I know to change your state of mind is to set an intention to do it.

To make certain that every day you build in time for spontaneity,

Creativity,

Silence and joy.

Every day.

You do this so that every moment isn't taken up with musts and to-do's that just bring you down.

You just become overwhelmed after a while.

It just become,

Set you in a bad mood and you start taking out on people and you get depressed and all those things.

You need to set aside time like you're doing now.

Right?

Yeah.

So,

When we do,

In the unencumbered moments you can hear the messages from your inner guidance saying,

Go outside and get some fresh air now.

This,

This,

Hearing this voice is freedom.

And you go into the state that children are naturally in all the time.

The curiosity and absolute joy of playing outside and discovering new things.

The tiniest bug can captivate and inspire absolute delight in you.

Or laying back on the patch of grass looking up and being totally mesmerized as you watch clouds turning prehistoric animals into human faces or angels with the biggest fluffiest wings in the whole wide world.

Yeah.

We go into that childlike state when we allow space for our muse to show up and guide us to our favorite art form.

Whether it's sand castles or the beach or our next novel.

So tell me,

What is it for you?

What's your favorite art form?

Painting?

Poetry?

Perhaps you love numbers?

Chemistry?

Solving puzzles?

Or photography?

Or playing an instrument?

Writing songs?

Growing a garden?

What brings you the most joy?

What nourishes your body,

Mind and soul?

No one will do it the way you do.

No one can.

But will you?

That's the question.

Will you?

It takes courage to show up for yourself.

Perhaps like never before.

Know your worth and be guided by the force that guided you to the seven-day challenge.

Allow that part of you,

The part that wants you to live the best expression of yourself,

To have your voice.

Now I want you to imagine yourself right now engaging in your favorite art form.

Imagine you have set aside the time and you are fully immersed in it now.

Go there.

Go wherever that is.

Where are you?

And what are you doing?

And how does it feel?

I want you to take yourself there with all your inner senses awake and alive.

Bring yourself into this imaginary moment of focused joy having your groove on.

Feel what it feels like in your body.

And get really excited about it.

You're at your writing table or you're outside in the most exquisite part of the forest taking pictures or in your art studio working with clay.

You've set up a new canvas on your easel and you're painting brilliant colors onto it.

Whatever it is I want you to get excited about it.

Fully embody this picture now.

Fully embodied.

I'm going to be silent for a moment or so and I just want you to be with yourself in your most exquisite creative expression.

I'm bringing your vibration of excitement and joy.

Feel it.

Get excited about it.

Claim it.

Do it.

It's yours for the taking.

And now I'd like you to fully let it go.

Let go of the image knowing that by creating this in your mind's eye you have stored a memory in your subconscious that's already bringing that dream to fruition.

The only way it cannot come to fruition and this is a secret that I am going to let you know about right now.

The only way it cannot is if you get in your own way.

If you somehow sabotage it by not believing it.

So let's not even go there.

Don't ever get in your way.

You just hold on to that passion that you have for your highest self-expression.

Your creative expression.

All right?

So keep that dream alive in you and when you're ready please open your eyes wiggle your fingers and toes and get ready to write.
