Now,

Let's meditate.

In preparation for this guided meditation,

Please gather your journal or notebook,

Pen and a glass of water and put them beside you ready to hydrate and right when the meditation is over.

So journal and pen ready.

Get yourself comfortable.

Make sure that you will be undisturbed for the next 30 minutes.

So here's today's meditation.

On day seven,

Begin to notice your breath.

Take three long,

Slow,

Deep breaths from your belly.

Hold each breath for five counts and then release for five counts.

Deep breath in,

Hold and release.

With every breath,

You're becoming more and more relaxed,

Tranquil and at peace.

Let go of what's coming afterwards and what's past.

Let all of that go for now.

Just be here now.

Focus your attention on your breath.

Deep breaths in,

Hold for a count of five and then release.

Find your own natural rhythm.

Now consider all the things that you've been learning about yourself this week.

As I offer you this review,

This is an opportunity to go inside,

To sense,

Feel or visualize how you will implement the ahas and the insights that you've gained over the week.

This is a time to celebrate because you have been here all week long.

You have this.

You have this.

This is where the rubber meets the road,

By the way.

This is where you begin to actualize what you are creating in order to have an outstanding,

Life-altering brand new beginning,

Making the world a better place with you at the helm.

I'm going to name the themes that we've had each day for this week and give you time to recall your insights,

Your ahas and simply how you feel about each one as you hear it right now.

So we began on day one,

Going naked and standing in your truth.

In other words,

Standing in your integrity,

Aligned with your soul's greatest potential and living from that place.

Being able to speak your truth no matter what,

Knowing that you matter,

Your voice matters.

You're worthy of being all that you were born to be,

Standing proud upon this earth.

What did you share with your friends on the Facebook page?

What were your ahas and insights?

How do you feel now about going naked and standing in your truth on day seven?

And breathe.

On day two,

We introduced gratitude.

Acquiring the skill to have the appreciation and be grateful for everything that enters your life is stellar.

That's number one.

Yes.

Have you been writing your gratitudes and appreciations this week?

Did you purchase or make yourself a gratitude journal?

Are you writing at the end of the day or sometime in the day?

Just what each day has brought you that you can say,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Did I have enough to eat?

Did I have a roof over my head?

Can I turn on a tap and receive fresh water I could drink?

Could I smile at the neighbor?

Do my limbs work?

I mean seriously,

How many things do we just take for granted?

Did I have to think about breathing?

No.

So this is a time to just observe,

Not be critical or judgmental,

But just to notice.

And when you feel into this today,

What part does gratitude play in your life?

And breathe.

Day three was implementing radical self-care.

Radical self-care.

Do you remember the words of Megan Edge?

Self-care are things that we do to make ourselves feel better.

Radical self-care is something we do to honor ourselves and to hold ourselves sacred.

How have you been doing in that this week?

Have you been holding yourself sacred?

Have you been implementing the things that really matter in terms of taking care of yourself?

And what were some of the insights and ahas that you shared with others?

And how have you been nourishing your body,

Mind and soul?

Breathe.

On day four,

We spoke about self-love and you had an experience with your beautiful inner child.

How was that for you?

What did you learn about the infant,

Young child,

Teenager,

Younger you that you didn't know before,

Perhaps you've forgotten?

And did you notice how often that part of you was running the show and that part of you was feeling neglected?

How are you choosing to listen to that part of you,

That inner child,

With love and tender compassion?

Again,

Just observe.

Nothing else to do.

Really notice how you feel when you think about self-love and how you are filling your very own beautiful and oh so deserving cup.

Breathe.

On day five,

We moved into creative self-expression.

Julia Cameron in her famous book,

The Artist's Way,

Said it beautifully.

Our creativity is our gift from God.

Doing our creativity is our gift back to God.

Where would civilization be today without inspired works of Picasso,

Rembrandt,

Shakespeare,

Beethoven,

The Beatles,

Maya Angelou,

Georgia O'Keeffe,

Wayne Dyer,

Rooney,

David Halliwell,

My brilliant partner,

Check out his paintings,

His music,

Or any of the incredible artists,

Painters,

Scientists,

Screenwriters,

Lightworkers,

Heart-centered world leaders.

Where would we be today,

Seriously,

If everyone was governed by their ego and didn't find the courage to accomplish their magnificent zone of genius?

Oh my gosh,

To actually have created it in the way they have,

Or our lives have been so blessed by other people's courage and confidence to go forward.

And just knowing that their creativity is their gift from God and giving it back has been their gift.

We have that.

That's right.

You have that.

Changing lifelong habits can take us a long time,

Or not.

You can say yes today and step into a brand new version of you.

The one who wakes up looking forward to what this day will bring,

Knowing even if it's unpleasant,

You have the tools to navigate through it with inner strength,

Confidence,

Tenacity,

And compassion.

Life has taught you things,

And you have this.

That's right.

Creative self-expression.

And day five is only two days ago.

However,

Did you set some time aside to engage in your favorite art form?

Did you put a playdate on your calendar?

And wherever you are in this process is fine.

This is just an opportunity for you to learn where you are as compared to where you want to be.

And then choose to take the high road for yourself.

Okay?

Put that date on a calendar.

Get out there.

Do things that just matter to you,

The things that stop time.

I know that when I'm writing,

I love to write,

And when I'm doing that,

I can't imagine how much time goes by.

I look at the clock when I finish something and I think,

What?

How do two hours go by?

And we're all like that with our own particular creative self-expression.

Perhaps you're not sure what yours is.

It's okay.

Set an intention.

You're going to get it back.

And breathe.

And just yesterday,

On day six,

We went even deeper.

We explored your passion,

Your purpose,

And your highest potential.

So what was that for you?

What did you think about?

What ahas and insights did you get from listening to meditation or during your journaling practice?

Or perhaps from one of the people right here in this tribe,

Your cohorts?

What were their insights?

Did you share what they were saying too?

Yeah,

That makes sense to me too.

Did that ring true for you?

So what can you say today with conviction about your purpose and passion and your highest potential?

What would it truly mean to unleash all those things?

What images did you conjure up?

Every seven days,

Tell me,

Are you standing taller,

More committed to live your love out loud?

Just as you've been expressing yourself daily in the Facebook group with your peeps,

Giving and receiving support from one another.

And to me,

This is your time.

Wow.

You can congratulate yourself.

I congratulate you.

I'm thrilled and I'm honored that you have been here every step of the way.

Breathe that in.

Breathe it in.

You've taken time out of your busy day to meditate,

To journal,

And to come back and be part of a community,

Especially at a time when,

My gosh,

The world's been cut off and the people that we love the most.

So we've been establishing a brand new community right here,

The people you never knew.

And underneath you strip away the layers.

Hey,

Aren't we all the same?

Yeah,

We are.

We just all want love.

So now in your own time,

Slowly come back to the room,

Gently open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Stretch your arms up to the ceiling and congratulate yourself for finishing these seven days.

Grab your glass of water,

Take a drink,

Set your timer for 10 minutes and right where you are.
