This is Justin Michael Williams and welcome to your practice.
I invite you to find a comfortable way to sit.
Close your eyes if it feels comfortable to you and place both hands over your heart and we'll begin this practice with a deep breathing practice and we're doing this because in those moments when you're being a little hard on yourself one of the most important things that you can do is start to regulate your nervous system by focusing in on the breath and this is going to be a little bit longer of a breath practice than you might be used to but I invite you to just try to stick with it.
You can follow my count and I'll be with you every step of the way.
We'll be inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth in this practice so if you can't inhale through your nose for some reason it's okay just exhale through your mouth instead but round out your lips kind of like you're sucking through a straw just to try to slow down the air flow.
Let's begin by aligning our breath so I'd like you to exhale everything out of the system through the nose.

Exhale everything out through the nose and now on my count inhale for one,
Two,

Four,
Five,
Six and hold and now silently and softly without making a sound exhale through the mouth one,

Release.
Again inhale through the nose for one,

Six and hold and then exhale silently one,

Again inhale one,

Trust,
Trust that there is a power greater than you at work here.
There is a power greater than you,
Greater than you that you can surrender to.
You don't have to do it all alone.
Trust,
Let go.
It's easier if you don't do it all on your own.
Surrender,
Surrender all your fears knowing that you're exactly where you're supposed to be.
You're exactly where you're supposed to be.
Even if you don't understand it right now,
You've always known this to be true.
It always works out this way.
You always discover that you were exactly where you were supposed to be.
So trust it.
Surrender,

Remember your magic.
Remember your light.
Remember how freaking far you've come.
You've come so far and it's because of the lessons.
Remember the flow.
Go with that.
Remember the flow and go with that.
When you're in that flow,
You can trust.
When you're in that flow,
You can let go.
So what flow is calling you?
What would be the flow if you were really listening and not forcing?
Listening.

And sometimes trusting and letting go and getting out of the way is seems like it's going to be the hardest thing to do.
But really what we have to do is let go of the way we thought it was supposed to be.
Because the way towards our growth and towards our healing and towards our path to our purpose is by trusting,
Surrendering,
Not forcing,
And being in the flow.
This is how you find your way through.
Surrender.
Trust.
Flow.

And just remember everything that is for you,
Everything that is really for you,
Will happen.
You don't have to force it.
You don't have to try so hard.
Just surrender to that flow.
