Nestle into your bed,

And let your body find your favorite sleeping position,

The one that just feels so right.

Draw in a slow,

Calming breath,

And then let it all go,

Allowing the day to fade away with your exhale.

Now,

Feel your body soften,

Your arms and legs grow heavy,

Your chest open and loosen,

And all those thoughts unwinding and releasing with every breath.

Gently imagine yourself standing at the edge of a hidden garden,

The gate before you is wrapped in vines,

And the air is rich with the faint perfume of flowers just waiting to bloom.

You step through the gate,

And as you do,

The garden awakens.

All around you,

Delicate buds begin to open,

Their petals unfurling slowly into the nighttime air.

Glowing blossoms in shades of violet and silver and midnight blue shimmer softly beneath the moonlight.

As you wander down the garden path,

You notice the way the petals release tiny sparks of light,

Drifting upward like fireflies and filling the air with a gentle glow.

Each step you take brings another bloom to life,

As if the garden itself is welcoming you.

You pause beside a large blossom,

Its petals wide and soft,

Its fragrance sweet and calming.

You lean closer,

Breathing in its scent,

And as you do,

You feel your body relax even deeper,

Like the flower is gently cradling you in its perfume.

All around you,

The blossoms continue to unfold.

Some hum softly,

Their vibrations soothing your chest,

While others release colors that swirl and dance in the air,

Washing over you like waves of peace.

You find a stone bench in the center of the garden and sit down quietly.

The blossoms form a circle around you,

Their petals glowing brighter.

Their scents weaving together into a lullaby of calm.

You close your eyes here,

Feeling completely safe,

Completely held by the magic of this place.

The blossoms continue to open,

One by one,

Until the whole garden is alive,

A tapestry of color and fragrance swaying in the nighttime breeze.

Their beauty surrounds you,

Filling you with stillness,

Filling you with ease,

Until your eyes grow heavy and your breath slows down.
