Allow yourself to settle and feel the support of your bed beneath you.

Feel the warmth around you and ease into the comfort of this moment.

Take a slow breath,

Filling your lungs completely,

And hold it gently at the top.

Now let it go.

Exhaling and releasing,

Allowing everything to soften.

Inhale again slowly,

Gathering all of these pieces inside,

And then breathe them all out.

On your exhale,

Letting go of the day.

Now ease into a natural rhythm of breathing as you slow it all down.

I am supported.

I am allowed to rest.

I release the worries of today.

I release the pressure to figure it all out.

I release the stories that keep me awake.

It is safe to let go.

It is safe to soften.

It is safe to sleep.

My body is relaxing.

My thoughts are loosening.

My heart is steady.

I welcome ease.

I welcome rest.

I welcome peace.
