This is an EFT/tapping practice for my fellow empaths. Empaths have a deep capacity to feel and need to mindful of how their energy is used and for whom. This practice will help empaths to remember to protect their energy and to practice self-care as often as needed. Use this practice as a tool. You may need to return to this or other practices for relief. Take care of your dear hearts, my fellow empaths.

Hello and welcome to your EFT tapping session for empaths.

My name is Casey and I will be guiding you through this practice today.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to sit comfortably in a chair or on the ground,

But have your back fully supported so you can relax into it.

Take a moment to take an inhale and exhale.

Gently allow the shoulders to move away from your ears down your back and feel your feet grounded into the earth and the crown of your head reaching towards the sky.

If you are like me and you are an empath,

It is very important for us to protect our energy.

This is a helpful reminder during this practice to have those boundaries and to protect your precious heart.

Before we start tapping,

Take a moment to notice where you are on that scale of one to ten,

Our most pressing issue scale,

One to ten.

Ten meaning it is very uncomfortable and you're having lots of emotions and one basically you're not being affected at all.

Wherever you fall on that scale is fine.

Just know that you will need to come back to this practice or other similar practices many times.

It's part of the journey.

So now that you have your number and where you are on that scale,

Let us begin tapping at our karate chop point for our setup statement.

It doesn't matter which hand you tap with or which side you start on.

It's all good just as long as you are comfortable.

So begin tapping at the karate chop point on the outside edge of either hand,

The pinky side.

I will say the setup statement three times and all the other statements twice.

We will tap for four rounds.

Even though I have these deep feelings,

I love and honor who I am.

Even though I have these deep feelings,

I love and honor who I am.

Even though I have these deep feelings,

I love and honor who I am.

Tapping at the third eye now.

I have deep feelings and empathy for my fellow humans.

Tapping at the side of your eye.

Sometimes I feel things so deeply that it impacts my daily life.

Tapping at the crown of your head.

I am in touch with my feelings.

I am in touch with my feelings.

And rest your hands for a moment.

Stay here for a couple rounds of breath.

Noticing how you feel.

And it's okay if nothing has shifted yet.

It takes time.

Take one more breath here.

Slow,

Smooth inhale through your nose.

And a gentle release on that exhale.

Let us begin round two.

Tapping again at the third eye.

I know it's important to protect myself.

I know it's important to protect myself.

Side eye.

I need to have my own boundaries.

I need to have my own boundaries.

Tapping under the eye.

Otherwise I am depleted emotionally,

Mentally,

And physically.

Pausing again in between the rounds.

Taking a few cycles of slow,

Mindful breaths.

Allowing the belly to gently expand on the inhale.

Slow,

Smooth exhale.

Preparing for round three.

Tapping at the third eye.

When I begin to feel too much,

I pause.

When I begin to feel too much,

Side eye.

I practice my self-care.

Collarbones.

Empaths just feel more.

Empaths just feel more.

Under the arm.

Therefore,

We must manage our energy effectively.

Therefore,

We must manage our energy effectively.

Tapping at the crown.

Feeling deeply is a superpower.

Feeling deeply is a superpower.

Take a moment here before we prepare for the final round of our session.

Take that nice,

Slow breath into your body.

Gently filling the belly,

The rib cage,

The chest.

And slowly releasing that exhale through the nose.

Tapping at the third eye.

I feel deeply.

I feel deeply.

Side eye.

I have a deep capacity to hold others' emotions.

Tapping under the eye.

This can cause me to feel drained.

Tapping under the nose.

Tapping on the chin.

Collarbone.

I can differentiate between my emotions and others' emotions.

I can differentiate between my emotions and others' emotions.

Tapping under the arm.

My empathy is a gift.

My empathy is a gift.

Tapping at the crown.

It also allows me to love very deeply.

It also allows me to love very deeply.

Gently allow your hands to rest back in your lap.

Stay here,

Taking a few more rounds of breath.

Noticing your thoughts.

Noticing how you're feeling.

And then coming back to our most pressing issue,

Our empathy,

This empathetic quality we have.

Now,

Where are you on that scale of one to 10?

Has the number stayed the same?

Has it gone down the scale?

Has it moved up?

No worries wherever you are.

Healing is a process,

And this is not a one and done kind of thing.

So know that you will need to come back to this practice or other similar practices to soothe your energy.

My fellow empaths,

Please manage your energy.

Know when it is your energy and when you are taking on others' energy.

Protect that beautiful,

Precious heart.

On your next inhale,

Reach your arms up and overhead.

And exhale,

Palms together,

Bringing them down to your heart center and Anjali Mudra,

Pulling down all of that divine universal energy to your heart centers.

And that divine universal energy vibrates as the frequency of love through which you and I,

And all sentient beings are connected on this planet.

The light in me salutes and honors the light in you.

Namaste,

My friends,

And thank you so much for allowing me to be of service.

I hope this practice helps you.

Take care and have a great rest of your day.
