Hello and welcome to your EFT for over or under nourishing the body.

My name is Casey and I will be leading you through this practice today.

Before we begin,

Find yourself in a comfortable seat with your feet planted on the ground and your back fully supported or maybe sitting comfortably in a cross-legged position works better for you.

But whatever choice you make for your body,

Be sure that it is comfortable for this practice.

As we begin,

I want you to take notice of how you are feeling about over or under nourishing your body.

As this is our most pressing issue,

Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10.

10 being extreme discomfort,

1 being barely noticeable or even non-existent.

I will guide you through the tapping and where to tap.

To begin,

Let's sit up nice and tall.

Take a few cycles of breath through your nose and a nice slow smooth exhale through the lips.

One more breath just like that.

Nice slow smooth inhale through your nose and open mouth exhale release.

Sigh it out.

For the rest of the practice,

Find a comfortable rhythm of breath without any straining.

Let us begin tapping on the karate chop point for our setup statement.

I will say this statement three times with a little bit of space in between each time for you to either repeat it out loud or silently in your head or just listen.

Tapping on the karate chop point on the outside of your hand on the pinky side,

It does not matter which hand you start with.

Even though I struggle with nourishing my body,

I deeply love and accept myself.

Allow your hands to rest in your lap one final time.

Take another round of breath.

Slow smooth exhale in.

And a slow smooth exhale through the lips.

Releasing any tension.

Any anxiety.

Anything that you're holding onto surrounding this topic.

And take another moment here to evaluate where you are on that scale of 1 to 10 again.

Just to see if that number has shifted.

And if it has not,

That is okay.

Just keep coming back to this practice to help alleviate any anxiety or discomfort.

On your next inhale reach your arms up and overhead.

And as you connect palms pulling them down to your heart space.

Bringing along all of that universal energy to your heart.

And that universal energy vibrates as the frequency of love.

Through which you and I and all sentient beings are connected on this planet.

The light in me salutes and honors the light in you.

Namaste my friends.

And please keep coming back to this practice.

And please feel free to browse my other EFT tapping practices for your benefit.

Enjoy the rest of your day.
