Guided meditation and visualization moving through the chakras. Chakras are energy disks. Visualize bringing the chakras back into harmony and balance with a white light merging with each color chakra.

Find a position where you can lengthen your spine.
Close your eyes and start to define your breath.
It could be supportive,
Empowering,
Grounding,
Just tune in and see what's needed here and now in this moment.
The chakras are seven energy disks or think of them as wheels in our body.
They're vortexes of energy.
We will visualize bringing the chakras back into harmony,
Back into balance with a brilliant bright white light that will merge with each color as we work through the chakras.
Imagine a bright white light stream.
Let's call this an energetic spine.
Imagine the warmth and the radiance.
See this white light energy.
We will be bringing and breathing prana or breath of life in and imagine that it's coming through the crown of the head down the energetic spine.
Let's visualize this white light energy moving in from the top of the head down through the length to the bottom of the spine.
Let's feel and notice this subtle energy for a few moments.
As we picture the glowing white light as it's at home in your energetic spine.
Let's just imagine that the energetic spine of white light is starting to move downward towards your tailbone,
Where the base of your spine is.
This is home to our root chakra.
Mula Dara is a Sanskrit word.
Mula Dara means origin or root.
It keeps us in touch with the earth below us.
Your legs are roots.
And you are letting your roots,
Go down into the earth.
You are rooting down.
Fill your mind and your body with the color red.
It's our connection to earth rebirthing spiritual awakening.
And in harmony,
It is our safety,
Our strength and commitment.
How can you create physical vitality for yourself.
How can you create physical vitality for yourself.
Bring the breath and the light stream to the tip of the tailbone,
Where the energies of grounding of clear decisions of stability and self mastery exist.
Visualize the breath as white light coming down through the spine,
Connecting and merging with the red color of the root chakra.
Combine white light with red light.
Allow the awakening to happen.
And the wheel,
Or the chakra to turn a vibrant red color,
A red brilliance.
All of your needs are met.
Repeat this mantra in your mind's eye.
I am safe.

Think about that deep red color and repeat the mantra.
I am safe.
Take a breath in and out.
Your root chakra is now clear and red.
Now bring your awareness to the space around the hips.
And imagine that the light stream is now moving around in your pelvic bowl.
This is home to our sacral chakra in the lower abdomen.
It is known as Svaristhana.
In Sanskrit,
The first part of the word Sva means self.
And Aristhana means established.
Self established.
Keep bringing your breath and the light stream here down in this area in the lower abdomen.
Imagine that it's activating your energy of creativity,
Your right to boundaries,
To feelings,
Your right to receive abundantly.
How can you stimulate or fuel your creative passions?
How can you stimulate or fuel your creative passions?
Visualize the energetic spine that white light energy.
Entering now the top of the head coming through the spine down to your second chakra.
This white light is now combining with the color orange.
Awaken joy,
Creativity,
Sensuality.
Imagine going with the flow forming happy relationships with people all around.
Repeat the mantra.
I am life.
Ignite the color orange in your mind's eye.
And even imagine the wheel being activated starting to turn glowing orange.
I am life.

Take a deep breath in and out.
Your sacral chakra is now clear and orange.
Picture a fiery yellow sun where the energies of leadership and transformation and perseverance,
Receiving,
Processing and literally digesting.
This is where your body takes what is needed to nourish and digest.
Imagine the energetic spine in this area of your solar plexus around above your belly button.
This chakra here is called mani pura.
Mani pura.
In Sanskrit,
The meaning is lustrous gem.
Visualize that lustrous gem.
When this is balanced,
We are confident,
Motivated,
Purposeful,
Reliable and responsible.
How can our personal habits support who we want to be?
How can our personal habits support who we want to be?
Visualize the white light energy coming through the crown of the head down to the third chakra in the solar plexus.
So now it's merging with this awesome yellow color.
Picture the wheel or disc awakening.
It's turning now it's revolving it's moving it's charging.
The mantra here is,
I am will.
Repeat that to yourself.
I am will and envision the power.
I am will.
Take a deep breath.
Release all the air.
Your solar plexus chakra is now clear and a luminous yellow.
Letting the awareness next come up the body to the heart space.
Think of self love,
Universal fellowship.
And think of this question.
What kind of relationship,
Are you willing to create with yourself and let ripple into your relationships with others.
What kind of relationship,
Are you willing to create with yourself to then let ripple into your relationships with others.
The fourth chakra is the heart chakra.
Anahata.
Anahata in Sanskrit means unhurt.
This chakra governs our sense of compassion,
Empathy,
Love,
Forgiveness.
It also governs ourselves and our sense of trust and fearlessness of peace and generosity connectedness and gratitude.
Envision the white light stream coming through the crown of the head down to connect to your heart space,
Merging and now swirling this emerald green color,
Turning the wheel and glowing vibrantly emerald green vibrance.
The mantra here is,
I am love.
That color is rich and deep and green.
I am love.
Breath in and out.
Your heart chakra is clear and glowing and emerald green color.
Next we'll invite the light stream in from the top of the head down to ruminate in the throat space.
Listen for the sound of your breath.
You can feel and sense this palpable representation of your voice of communication of honesty.
Think of advocacy.
Think of speaking truth.
Feel the buzz and the vibration here in the throat space.
As you sense your energetic spine.
This is the fifth chakra.
It's called the Suta.
The Suta in Sanskrit means pure to be open and aligned with the fifth chakra is to speak,
Listen,
And express yourself from a higher form of communication.
Also your sense of hearing and authentic expression.
The color is blue.
We can think of manifestation here as well.
What are you looking to manifest in your life.
What are you manifesting.
Visualize the energetic spine.
So here's that white light coming through the crown,
Down to the throat chakra.
Picture the white light combining with blue to create a buzz of color.
Think of an aquamarine blue,
As you repeat the mantra,
I am sound.
Turn the wheel,
Activate the region,
Color is blue.
I am sound.
Your throat chakra is clear,
And now it is a rich aquamarine blue.
Soften your eyebrows and now call the attention right in between the eyebrows to your third eye which is the seed of your intuition.
It's your moral compass.
And think,
What do your morals look like in action.
What do your personal individual morals,
Look like when put into action.
The Sikh chakra is here.
It is called the Ajna chakra.
Ajna chakra.
It's a spiritual chakra.
And the meaning is beyond wisdom.
This chakra leads you to an inner knowledge that will guide you if you let it in.
A balanced chakra here enables expanded imagination.
Powerful visualization.
Light.
And also perception.
While all the other chakras provide and produce different instincts and impulses wills feelings emotions experiences.
This third eye chakra between the eyebrows the Ajna chakra is supposed to be the one supervising them all the seat of the soul.
How can you have more insight into yourself.

Notice the white light energy coming through the head to the center of the eyebrows.
See the color white,
Combining with purple,
A clear purple crystal light of pure presence.
See this purple and repeat the mantra,
I am light.

Your third eye chakra is now a clear crystal purple.
Bring your attention next to the crown of your head.
It is oneness actualization realization of your pervasive nature within yourself,
As well as being amongst part of an interconnected to the universe.
What are you willing to do to connect yourself to others.
What are you willing to do to connect yourself to others.
We are in touch with our crown chakra,
It's at the top of the head.
This is our connection to the rest of the universe.
Think of unity and wisdom awareness and intelligence,
Also bliss.
The Sanskrit word is Sarah.

It means thousand pedals.
Imagine a lotus flower with 1000 pedals,
All of various colors 1000 pedals.
All of brilliant,
Amazing colors.
Bring your attention and concentrate on the golden color here.
This is pure consciousness,
Self realization.
Think of this pure golden radiant color and repeat the mantra,
I am.
I am a brilliant golden color,
I am.
I am.
Your crown chakra is now a radiant gold.
We are taking a few deep breaths in and out.
And let's fully sense our own inner radiance,
As you are now connected to the energetic spine,
We have awakened and started to turn the wheels of the chakras,
The spine is most alive,
You are alive in presence.
You are vibrating through your entire body.
Sense your aliveness and your pure presence.
You are vibrating through your entire body.
