Thank you for joining me today for this brief guided meditation to help you relax and find inner peace.

Find a comfortable,

Quiet place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently or soften your gaze.

Start by taking a few slow,

Deep breaths in through your nose and then slowly exhale through your mouth.

As you do so,

Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath.

Continue to slowly and gently inhale and exhale as we begin our guided meditation.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and allow each of these areas to soften with each exhale.

Let go of any thoughts or worries that may be running through your mind.

Imagine them drifting away like clouds moving across the sky.

Shift your focus to the present moment.

Notice the sensation of the air on your skin,

The sounds around you,

And the feeling of being grounded wherever you are.

With each breath,

Imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation.

Feel a sense of calm spreading throughout your entire body,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

If your mind begins to wander,

Gently guide your attention back to your breath.

Focus on the rhythm of your inhales and your exhales.

Take this moment to express gratitude for this time that you've set aside for yourself and for this opportunity to nourish your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

When you're ready,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

When you're ready,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the space that you are in now.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Stretch your arms and legs,

And slowly open your eyes or refocus your gaze.

Take a final deep breath in and carry this sensation of peace and relaxation with you as you continue with your day,

And then slowly exhale.

Remember,

You can return to this guided meditation any time you need a moment of calm and relaxation.

Thank you again for joining me,

And I wish you well.
