Relax in a comfortable seat or lie down, put in headphones, and let the music, my voice, and your breath release your anxiety.

Take a slow deep inhale filling up your belly,

Filling up your chest,

Holding it in,

Holding it in and let it out with a loud sigh.

One more time,

Deep inhale filling up your belly,

Filling up your chest,

Holding it in,

Holding it in,

Holding it in and let it out slowly through your nose.

Again,

Deep inhale filling up your belly,

Filling up your chest,

Holding it in,

Holding it in,

Holding it in and releasing out slowly through your nose.

Now just following your breath as it moves naturally,

Noticing the rising and falling of your belly and chest.

Each inhale inviting peace and tranquility into your body.

Each exhale releasing stress and anxiety.

Inhaling calm and peace,

Exhaling stress and tension.

Focusing on your breath,

Knowing you are safe,

Everything is okay.

All is well.

The universe is always supporting you.

Keep focusing on your breath,

Deep slow inhales peace and calm,

Slow full exhales releasing and letting go.

Everything is working out for you.

You are loved,
