Bring your attention to your head and your face.
What tension or worry might be held here?
As you exhale,
Imagine it gently washing away.
Leaving a feeling of spaciousness.
Now bring your attention to your neck and your shoulders.
What burdens or expectations are you carrying?
On your next exhale,
Imagine all of it just washing away.
All of that tension,
Burden just melting away.
Creating a feeling of lightness.
Finally,
Bring your attention to your hands and your feet.
What need for control or resistance is being held here?
As you exhale,
Release all of it.
Softening and letting go.
You are clearing a path and making space.
