Welcome friend.
Let this be your moment.
Not to fix,
Not to force,
Not to prove anything,
But simply listen,
To tune in,
To reconnect,
To remember.
You can sit or lie down,
Eyes open or closed,
Hands resting gently,
Wherever you are is enough.
Let's begin with your breath.
Inhale softly through your nose.
Fill it to widen your ribs,
Expand your chest and hold.
Exhale gently through your mouth,
As if you're fogging up a mirror.
Again,
Inhale slow and steady.
Hold.
Hold.
Exhale and allow your body to melt a little more.
Feel the weight of this moment soften you,
All of you.
There's nothing that you need to hold together right now.
Now,
Imagine your body as a frequency dial,
Like an old school radio or a glowing sound board.
Maybe it's on your chest,
Behind your ribcage,
Or just hovering above your skin.
See it,
Feel it.
That dial has been turned up to high.
It's buzzing with to-dos,
Timelines and tension.
This constant hum of effort and expectation.
Notice your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your belly.
Where is your dial turned all the way up?
Where is your body holding tightly,
Just to keep up?
Bring your hands gently to your heart or to the dial,
If you can visualize it,
And breathe into that place.
Now,
With your next exhale,
Begin turning the dial downward.
Not all the way,
Just a little.
Enough for your nervous system to exhale.
Enough for your body to say,
Thank you.
Allow the dial to glow lower.
The static to quiet,
The volume to fade,
And the pressure to lift.
You are shifting.
Even your cells are recalibrating,
Rejuvenating,
Redesigning,
And redefining.
Now,
Bring your attention to the space where your inhale turns to an exhale,
As the breath and the body begin to meet.
Notice how stillness doesn't mean absence.
It means presence.
You are here now,
And here can be sacred.
Repeat after me.
In your mind or out loud,
I choose a softer frequency.
I am safe in my stillness.
I remember who I am.
My energy is sacred.
I am no longer for the noise.
I am the woman I've been waiting for.
Let that echo.
Let it vibrate into your bones.
Now take a deep breath in,
As if you're receiving something beautiful,
Because you are.
Hold it at the top.
Let it nourish you from the inside out.
Then exhale slowly,
Releasing something heavy that you don't need to carry anymore.
One more time.
Breathe in possibility.
Breathe out pressure.
Friend,
This is your power.
Not in how loud you are,
Or how controlled you are,
How perfect you are,
But in how deeply you can hear yourself again.
When you can find your center,
You've just returned to your frequency,
To the rhythm that remembers who you are beneath all of the noise.
You can come back to this place anytime.
No one else needs to understand it.
This is yours.
And from here,
Everything begins to change.
