Just breathe.

Just bring focus to your breath.

Focus on the rise and fall of your chest.

Focus on the rise as you inhale and fall as you exhale.

Just breathe.

Breathe in slowly and exhale slowly.

Now shift your focus to your belly,

The area just between your ribcage and belly button.

Breathe in deeply,

Sending the air down into the space.

And for the next few breaths,

Just focus on this area as it rises on the inhale and falls on the exhale.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Allow your breath to circulate slowly and gently.

Now bring attention to your nostrils.

As you breathe in,

Feel the air enter.

And as you breathe out,

Feel the air leave.

Breathing in slowly through the nose,

Feeling the belly rise.

Breathing out gently,

Feel the belly fall.

Let the breath move up the nostril.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And on that inhale,

Let your breath be slow and deliberate.

And on the exhale,

Let your breath be cleansing and renewing.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Now let your breath go back to its natural gentle rhythm.

Move your attention to your feet.

Feel where your feet,

The soles of your feet,

Make contact with the earth.

And then whenever you're ready,

You can gently,

Gently open your eyes.
