Welcome to this Reiki infused Shavasana.

Thank you for joining me while you take space for yourself.

I'm honored to be here with you.

Before we begin,

Please take your time coming into your favorite Shavasana position.

It could be side lying,

It could be traditional on your back with your palms up.

In this space,

It's what makes you super cozy and comfortable and safe and warm.

You might even want to turn off the recording to get yourself settled into a nest.

Consider an eye pillow or something to block the light.

Maybe a weighted blanket or a weighted animal.

Blankets,

Bolsters,

Whatever you need to feel comfortable.

It is well worth the time to give this to yourself.

You're worth it.

And when you're ready,

We'll begin together.

This deep,

Restful space to relax the mind,

The body,

And the spirit.

Bringing all your awareness up into your scalp.

Relaxing the scalp.

Letting the forehead soften.

The eyes sinking into their sockets,

Feeling heavy.

Jaw going slack,

Opening,

Making space.

The back of the neck releasing tension.

Feeling that ripple down to your shoulder blades,

Opening,

Releasing tension.

The front of the chest.

Breathing.

Meeting yourself here with whatever breath feels good to you right now.

Wherever you are,

Meet yourself here.

Welcome yourself home.

Resting now the shoulders back and down.

Letting a ripple of relaxation go from the top of the head to the back of the head.

And down through the shoulders and out through the arms,

Through the fingertips.

Let it go.

Feel yourself melting into your spot.

Body feeling heavier and heavier.

Relaxing the chest.

Relaxing all the organs.

Letting the bones rest.

Relaxing the hips and the pelvis.

Relaxing the legs all the way down to the feet.

Relaxing the whole body.

Relaxing the whole body.

Letting your body feel heavier and heavier.

Releasing stress.

Releasing tension.

Body resting.

Relaxing the brain.

Letting go of thinking and doing.

Receiving,

Feeling,

And being.

Letting go of tension.

Feeling it wash and rinse off your body.

Relaxing the face,

The ears,

The neck.

Letting go of tension.

Letting the senses soften and sleep.

Not having to be on high alert.

Letting rest take over.

Resting the heart,

The lungs.

Feeling your breath breathing you.

Feeling your heartbeat,

Your best friend,

Longest companion.

Feel your heart beating in your chest,

Telling you how much it loves you,

Supports you,

Your biggest cheerleader.

Feeling tension melt with each new inhale.

On every exhale,

More and more melting into your nest.

Softening down.

Finding stillness and silence.

Letting your body rest.

Melting and softening.

Soothing your nervous system.

Letting your breath lull you into a deeper state of relaxation.

Every inhale fresh prana.

Every exhale is a release of what no longer serves.

Breathing in.

Bringing you into this beautiful moment.

After moment.

Slowing yourself down.

Softening into this here and now.

You've given yourself the delicious gift of deep rest.
