Hello there,
My name is Lisa and welcome to your daily manifestation meditation practice.
I mostly get inspired from my own practice and something that I have been meditating on and very much trying to work with somatically,
Energetically,
Is trying to heal the child that was meant to overperform.
So for today,
I want to be focusing on manifesting gentle and clear productivity by breaking away from overwhelm and overperformance.
So with that for your morning,
Feel free to come into your comfortable position,
Whatever that is for you,
Standing,
Sitting,
Lying down.
And I invite you to come inward and ask yourself,
How do I energetically feel in my body today?
And it could be words and feelings and sensations that may not make sense,
For example,
I shared that I am on fire,
It could be I feel flat,
It could be I feel disconnected,
Weightless,
It could be something different,
But I invite you to feel any sensations within your body at this present moment,
Witnessing them,
Validating them,
And taking a nice big deep inhale into the body,
And exhale,
Sighing out,
Letting go,
Let's do that two more times,
Inhaling nice and long and deep,
Exhale,
Sighing out,
Releasing,
Letting go,
And last big deep inhale,
And exhale.
I invite you to breathe naturally,
Without fuss or force,
Just taking in and exhaling out,
Maybe we gently rock from side to side,
Placing a hand on heart or belly or pelvis or head or the space where the neckline meets the shoulder,
And I invite you to invite movement or space into the body that counters or moves from the energy.
So for me,
The energy of fire,
I was doing oceanic breathing or I thought of ice and I moved in almost jaggedy ways,
My breath was like the frost norse gods as I exhaled,
A little bit of Elsa in Frozen,
Cooling myself down,
Maybe if you are feeling flat,
It's allowing yourself,
Your heart to expand up and open,
Maybe if you are feeling heavy or like mud,
It's to grow like roots and seeds from that place,
Honoring your feelings but maybe gently moving or visualizing moving from this space in a different way.
Breathing in if it feels good,
Breathing out if it doesn't,
And I invite you to listen to these words,
Maybe even repeating key phrases that resonate with you to yourself.
You are free.
Even if it may not feel like it,
You are in reality free.
You are free to choose.
You are free to heal.
You are free to expand or soften in any way that is your own.
You are free from past.
You are free from any reactions and judgments of others.
You are your own beautiful light being,
And you are free.
You do not need to overperform,
Nor prove,
Nor keep up.
You need to simply move and live from this genuine place of being you.
And if the world's radio says speed it up and you wish to go slower,
Do that so that the energy of that authentic alignment naturally will come to you.
And let what takes from you,
What does not serve you,
Let it fall away.
For oftentimes we think if we allow ourselves to be authentic,
We will lose something,
We will become punished.
But in reality,
We will align ourselves with what we truly need.
Healthier environments,
More aligned relationships,
Happier living.
So do not be afraid to take advantage of your freedom.
Breathing in.
Sighing out.
Letting the rest of the world go.
And I invite you to visualize one thing.
One thing that truly allows you to feel like you are meeting your offerings.
Meeting your work maybe,
Your tasks,
Your to-do lists.
But only one thing that truly feels authentic with you for today.
And notice as you visualize how it feels in your body,
Is it scary?
In which case know that you are free.
You're free to change your mind,
You are free to pick another thing.
The challenge is already there.
One thing.
That's it.
That's already enough.
But maybe there is a brave yes in your body that flows with it.
A brave desire.
Maybe we need some time to connect with that yes or that desire.
In which case I invite you to take your time even after this meditation to connect with what that is.
That one thing.
And exhaling out.
Visualizing after that one thing you may be able to create space for more but no force.
We work from here.
The next one thing.
One authentic moment at a time.
And I invite you to repeat the affirmation.
I am free.
I am free.
I am resilient.
I am resilient.
I release the need to prove anything.
I release the need to prove anything.
Exhaling out.
And I invite you to set an intention that honors your energy,
Your feeling.
Whatever it is,
Maybe meets you in the task of just one thing.
So with that I invite you to connect with the world around you once more.
