Let's be real for a minute.

The last few years have really tested our capacity for resilience but the truth is that all of that disruption,

Challenge,

Uncertainty and stress is unlikely to go away anytime soon.

Now I know what you're thinking,

Do you really need more resilience training?

Well when I train leaders it's obvious that they do.

People are sick of being told that they need to write in their gratitude journals or just get more rest.

Instead what they need are actionable tools that they can personalise to their individual context not blanket statements that are assumed to work for all.

That's where I come in.

I'm a pracademic,

Meaning I'm both an academic and a practitioner.

It's actually my day job to be on top of all of the research of mental health,

Well-being and resilience,

To really dig deep into the latest scientific findings and then extract the most useful bits for workplaces and translate all of this into highly actionable tools that are going to have an immediate and meaningful impact.

I had the privilege of training over 30,

000 leaders globally last year alone and seeing this work in action has enabled me to identify the common pitfalls of resilience training,

The typical thinking traps that leaders fall into and,

Critically,

The ways they can avoid them.

I want to make your workplace healthier,

Happier but in a sustainable fashion.

That's what true resilience is about.

Now is the time to put your leaders back in the driver's seat of their mental health.

It's way too important to leave to some chance thing that they happen to read on Instagram.

Resilience isn't an elusive trait.

These are learnable skills.

They're also the bedrock of highly performing teams in this new work era and I can't wait to share them with you.
