Loving my body and nourishing myself.

Relax your body and breathe.

Allow these affirmations to sink in as you drift off to sleep.

My body is wise,

Strong,

And doing its best for me.

I treat my body with kindness,

Patience,

And respect.

Each breath I take fills me with calm and appreciation for this body I live in.

I choose foods that nourish and support me.

I release guilt and judgment about eating.

I trust myself.

Healthy choices come naturally to me,

Rooted in love,

Not pressure.

I celebrate the small steps I take toward my well-being.

My body deserves rest,

Nourishment,

And gentleness.

I'm curious and listen to what my body truly needs.

I am grateful for all my body allows me to do,

Feel,

And experience.

I am in tune with my body's signals and rhythms.

I nourish myself with foods that energize and comfort me.

I release the need for perfection.

I forgive myself for past choices and welcome new ones.

My body responds well to love,

Rest,

And care.

I eat to honor my body.

I am grateful for all my body allows me to do.

I give myself permission to enjoy food and feel satisfied.

My body is my lifelong companion and I cherish it.

I embrace slow,

Mindful eating as a form of self-love.

My worth is not measured by my size or shape.

I speak kindly to and about my body.

I give my body the rest it needs to heal and renew.

I am in a loving relationship with myself.

I trust my body to guide me toward balance.

I am allowed to take up space,

To feel full,

To be nourished.

With every meal,

I practice kindness and compassion.

I am not defined by what I eat.

I savor the nourishment I receive from the earth.

My body is not a project,

It is a home.

I am grateful to Mother Earth for all her bounty.

I give myself time and space to grow into new habits.

Every day,

I become more comfortable in my own skin.

I honor my hunger and respect my fullness.

I love my body for carrying me through life.

I am free from shame around food and eating.

My body is worthy of love and care exactly as it is now.

I nourish my body because I care,

Not because I fear.

I rest when I'm tired,

I eat when I'm hungry,

I listen with love.

I deserve to feel good in my body.

I let go of harsh expectations and replace them with compassion.

I am connected with my body.

My body is a gift,

And I receive it with gratitude.

I am learning to find peace in stillness,

Softness,

And slowness.

I accept and appreciate my changing body through the seasons of life.

I am on my own side.

I let go of blaming my body.

I let go of old beliefs that no longer serve me.

My relationship with food is healing,

Gently and surely.

I feel at home in my body more and more each day.

I choose from a place of love,

And that calms my fears.

I eat with awareness,

Without rushing or judgment.

I allow myself to rest,

To enjoy,

To be.

I deserve to be nourished,

Physically,

Emotionally,

And spiritually.

I end this day in deep gratitude for my body,

My breath,

And my life.

I easily digest my food.

I welcome all parts of me,

Even those that feel ashamed or afraid.

I listen with compassion to the parts that struggle with food or body image.

I understand my relationship with food and my body throughout my life.

The part of me that craves control and is trying to keep me safe,

I thank it.

I invite the part of me that feels unworthy to rest in the warmth of my care.

Even my inner critic has good intentions.

I meet it with curiosity.

I am learning to lead my inner world with calm,

Clarity,

And compassion.

The parts of me that binge or restrict are not bad.

They are trying to help.

I can be with uncomfortable emotions without needing to numb or fix them.

My adult self-energy brings healing presence to all my parts.

I allow my protected parts to soften.

They do not have to work so hard today.

I honor the part of me that fears change.

It has helped me survive.

I create space for all parts to speak,

Be heard,

And be held in love.

I am unbroken and beautifully complex.

All parts belong and are welcome in my heart.

With patience and love,

I heal the burdens my parts carry.

I am creating a nourishing refuge of safety for my inner child.

I drift into sleep knowing I am loved and cared for.

It is safe for me to rest in connection with my body.

I rest tonight knowing that my wholeness includes every part of me.

I drift into refreshing sleep at peace with my body.

I am filled with kindness and healing light as I rest.

My heart and my whole body are filled with kindness and healing light as I rest.

My heart is filled with kindness and gratitude.

My whole body is filled with healing light as I rest.

I am friends with my body.
