So,

I invite you to have your back straight and to find the subject,

The topic that you feel guilty of.

Now,

As we do generally in the exercise,

Not something that you will collapse psychologically completely if you look into.

You suppress it for a while and then if you stop suppressing it now you freak out.

But something big enough,

Something that has flesh,

Something that's really disturbing,

Contained disturbing.

So we take a moment and find the subject.

And have with you,

Sorry I take a moment,

And have with you some kind of recording device so you can share and record yourself.

If you don't have it's enough that you imagine that you have one and you speak to an imaginary recording device,

That's also fine.

But it's better to do it with a recording device,

So take a moment for that.

And in the meanwhile you can contemplate about your topic.

Good.

So we'll take a few more moments until everybody has a topic.

We turn on the recording device and we will start to describe exactly what happened and this is a non-emotional description.

So we just describe the facts.

This is what happened,

I did so and so and I feel guilty about it.

So just the story.

And we begin.

You can record and share.

We'll take a couple of minutes so think about the details that you can fit in two minutes in that degree.

And we begin.

Factor.

Great.

.

.

One or two last sentences.

And now we'll take another stage,

Another two minutes,

And we will describe how we feel guilt in the body.

Where in the body?

When telling this story,

I feel guilty in this area of the body and guilt feels like what?

A contraction,

Expanding,

Going up,

Going down.

How?

Do you feel it in multiple places?

Is there like a color that comes with it?

Are there other emotions that appear with the guilt?

You can continue to record to your phone what you are feeling.

You can continue to record to your phone what you are feeling.

You can continue to record to your phone what you are feeling.

You can continue to record to your phone what you are feeling.

You can continue to record to your phone what you are feeling.

Thirty seconds more.

And that's very good,

Good work.

And then we will start now the process of accepting.

So again,

Do it with a loud voice and just say to yourself,

Whatever your name is,

Johnny,

It's okay to feel guilty.

It's fine.

For this situation it's totally normal.

Like you were speaking to a friend and start accepting the fact first of all that we feel guilty.

And we take a minute for that.

And after bringing acceptance there,

We'll accept the fact that we made the mistake that it's done,

It happened.

There's nothing to do about it.

It's passed.

There's no way to change it.

So we take another minute and accept our mistake.

Be very attentive to your body as you accept it what happens.

And just say to yourself,

I accept that all this happened and that I have done all this.

I accept that I have done all of this.

And after this acceptance,

We take a moment to feel this acceptance in the body and as a vibration in our energy structure.

And then we contemplate,

Find the wish to transform.

Something inside wants to correct.

Find it first.

We search inside for the wish to correct,

To transform,

To compensate.

And now we take some time to accept that it's me who wants to correct it.

It's not because other people want me to correct.

I want to correct.

I accept that I have the wish,

The energy,

The living force that wants to correct.

And we feel that in the body.

We ground it as a sensation.

Wherever we feel it in the body,

How it vibrates,

We ground all of that.

And then we meditate further on the wish to transform and we let it take life and we see if there's anything that blocks that wish.

Okay,

I've done this mistake.

What transformation do I feel to do from inside?

What do I feel to do to correct this,

To correct myself?

And is there anything in the way of that transformation?

No.

Okay.

We look at it,

We own it,

We see the transformation it wants to bring and again we ground it in the body.

When we really feel that wish to transform,

How does it feel in the body?

Okay.

And now we'll take a few minutes and make a plan of action.

So you can take a pen and a paper or a computer or record.

You can make a new file and record a plan of action.

What to do now?

I felt guilty,

I own it,

I made a mistake,

I own it,

I'm responsible about it.

How do I do?

And what is the blockages that stand there?

Okay,

I want to transform to be less ix but I feel hopeless about it.

So how do I become hopeful about it?

And so forth.

So we take some time for that,

We'll take a few minutes.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

And we take a last minute to conclude and write down all the elements.

And that's very good.

Okay.
