This meditation is designed to help you connect with the calming and nurturing energy of the moon,
Chandra.
The moon governs your emotions,
Intuition,
And inner rhythms.
If you've been feeling emotionally overwhelmed,
Disconnected from your inner self,
Or seeking a sense of peace,
This practice will help you realign with the moon's soothing energy.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated or lying down.
I invite you to gently begin to close your eyes if that's comfortable.
And let's take in a nice deep breath,
And exhale that breath out fully.
Feel the ground beneath you supporting you.
Imagine your body softening,
Your shoulders relaxing,
Your breath slowing.
With each exhale,
Let go of any tension or heaviness.
With each inhale,
Draw in a sense of calm and serenity.
Now bring your attention to the space above your head.
Visualize a soft,
Glowing silver light descending gently toward you.
This is the energy of the moon,
Calm,
Luminous,
And intuitive.
Feel the silver light touching the crown of your head,
Flowing down through your body.
Imagine it spreading through your chest,
Your abdomen,
And your legs,
Filling you with a cool,
Peaceful energy.
Let it bring stillness to your emotions,
Like the calm surface of a moonlit lake.
Take in a deep breath,
And repeat silently or aloud,
I am calm and at peace.
I trust my intuition and inner wisdom.
My emotions flow naturally and with ease.
I am aligned with the rhythms of my heart and the universe.
Imagine yourself standing in a quiet,
Serene place under the night sky.
The full moon is shining brightly above you,
Its light illuminating the landscape with a soft glow.
Feel its gentle rays washing over you,
Soothing your body,
Your mind,
And your heart.
As you stand in this moonlit space,
Imagine any emotional heaviness being drawn out of you and absorbed by the moon's light.
Feel yourself becoming lighter,
Calmer,
And more in tune with your intuition.
The moon whispers to you,
You are safe,
You are loved,
You are whole.
Enjoy this moment in stillness,
Don't worry about anything other than being right here right now.

Slowly begin to return to your body,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
And feeling your connection to the ground beneath you.
Let's take one last deep breath in,
And exhale it all out.
