These types of coronavirus,

We all felt how fragile our lives are.

We didn't know what might next happen,

Where and who will get affected.

And suddenly our whole lives,

The whole purpose of our lives started to lose itself.

We didn't know how to lose its meaning.

But we have come a long long way.

And it will be wonderful to revisit our lives.

To see how we have evolved.

So let's get into a meditation posture which is comfortable to you.

Let your legs be grounded and your back straight.

And close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths and settle down your body.

Do a quick scan of your body starting from the top.

Scan your head.

See how your hair feels like.

Is there any tension on your forehead?

Release all your tension from there.

With every exhale that you do,

Release the tension from your body.

See how your face is.

Is there any tension around your cheeks?

How does your lips feel like?

Come down to your shoulders and your neck.

Observe how they feel.

Do you feel the urge to move them?

Don't you?

Just relax.

With every exhale,

Release your tension.

Let your body do its own course.

Go down and feel your back.

Release any tension which you have through every exhale.

Feel the sensations when your hips touches the cushion or the floor.

Just feel it.

Feel your arms.

Start from your upper arm and go down till your fingers.

How you feel it?

Do you feel any sensation or you feel any calmness?

Let go of it.

Don't move and let your body adjust.

Feel your legs now.

Your thighs,

Your knees and your feet.

Take a deep breath if you need and let go of all your tensions.

Take a deep breath and release all your tensions.

Think about your life right now.

How is it going?

Your work?

Your family?

Your aspirations?

How has life been in the wake of this virus?

Maybe a little slow at times and a lot irritating.

But let's leave the present for the time being and let's revisit our past.

How has life been and how have you evolved?

Think about your life 5 years ago.

2015 Where were you?

What were you doing?

Were you struggling a bit with work or with family?

Or probably those were the best of your times.

Think about your emotions at that time.

Let's go more into your past.

Think about your emotions when you had your first baby.

What were your emotions?

What were the struggles?

Feel the emotions you had at that point of time.

The laughter,

The crying,

The sleepless nights.

Think about your past.

What were your emotions?

What were your emotions?

Think about the time when you got married or started your current relationship.

Were you anxious to take that big step?

Or were you happy to find your dream person?

Think about the honeymoon and the gradual comfort settling in between you and your partner.

Think about the time when you got your first job.

The happiness and also the anxiety,

The fear,

The ambition and the success.

Remember the people around you,

The friends you made and the managers you hated.

Let's take one more step back.

Let's revisit more past.

Think about the time when you were in your college.

Maybe in your undergraduate college.

What were the kind of fun you used to have?

Sleepovers with beer.

Late night singing and jamming.

What were the kind of hobbies you used to have?

Think about the time you had your first crush and the butterflies in your stomach.

And also your first breakup.

Was it heartbreaking or were you happy that it happened?

Now let's get into the time when you were a child.

Think about the time you were in your school.

The school dress,

The art room and the playing field.

Think about your friends,

The time of lunch breaks and the ending bell.

Now think how you have evolved into a wise and a more controlled you.

The more patient and the more sensitive you.

A more mature and a more caring you.

Life is a natural teacher.

It gives you successes and failures only to make you more stronger and more mature.

Never forget this.

These small moments of a life teaches us so much.

But remember.

These are just moments.

They will come and they will go.

Sometimes they will be good and sometimes they will be bad.

But they are impermanent.

They will change but they will also always teach you to be more stronger and more calmer.

Recollecting your past,

Did you see how things come and go?

And did you laugh?

Why did I make it such a big deal?

It had to go anyway.

Life will always give you small moments of happiness and sorrow.

Remember they are not permanent.

They are transient.

But they will always make you stronger.

So don't get too disturbed by your current situation or too egoistic by your current success.

They will go as well.

Like all the moments of our lives.

Be mindful in each and every moment that you live.

And live it to your fullest and then let it go.

So just remember to stay calm.

I’m not sure why this has been rated so low but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The music almost put me to sleep but it was overall calming & cantering with a focus on mindfulness towards your past. In gratitude šŸ™šŸ½
