Hey,

Today is a new day,

Right?

And I'll stop this music for a moment.

And I just wanted to talk a little bit about just some ways,

Like some ways to help ourselves when we're facing the rough stuff,

Right?

I'll play the music now because I have background music over there,

The form of leaf blowers.

So what we want to talk about today before we go into the meditation is this identifying,

This creating a belief system based on something that might be negative or something that happened to us.

And I want to go a little deeper about when we decide to do the work,

Like when we decide that we want to become more spiritual or become more successful,

Or maybe we want to try a new life.

We're entering into a new life phase,

Or we just want something different,

Like where we are,

Where we are,

We might be content.

And I think that's,

We should be content wherever we are.

But I'm talking more about creating,

Creating future,

Creating creating,

Creating future,

Creating from a different place,

Maybe creating for more of a conscious space.

And sometimes when we decide that we want to go on this journey,

This spiritual journey,

Or this enlightenment journey,

Or just want something different from where we are,

Right?

It doesn't have to be that deep.

It can be just something simple,

Like you no longer want to suffer,

You don't want to be where you are.

Sometimes this space,

So we meditate because one,

It brings such incredible stillness to our lives.

It brings,

It helps us to change behavior patterns that we no longer want.

And so this is what this meditation is about today in this little talk.

It's more about feeling.

And I don't know about you,

But for me,

Sometimes feeling the more uncomfortable spaces,

The feelings of shame,

Of self doubt,

The feelings of anger,

The feelings of not good enough.

You know,

Those deep ones,

The core wounds that live deep in us.

And sometimes we've lived our whole life,

Identifying with these core wounds,

These core beliefs,

But they're really not who we are.

By any means.

Though you're probably saying to me as I say that,

But I feel them,

They must be real.

And it's true.

Those feelings are absolutely real.

Not ever saying don't feel the feels.

But we've identified with them for so long.

And sometimes it's uncomfortable to face them.

This is maybe where the root part of the piece of depression comes in.

It's part of where the suicidal ideation comes in.

There's a lot more to it than that.

And I certainly don't want to make light of those things.

Depression and suicide or ideation are huge.

Right.

But what I'm talking about is when we have to face our own shadow,

The stuff that's kept us stuck,

The stuff that keeps us blocked,

The thing that keeps us in fear,

Anxiety,

Overwhelm,

Anger.

Yeah.

And so when these feelings come up,

Sometimes our brain likes to agree with we like to agree with it.

Because it's something that's familiar sometimes,

Right?

It's familiar.

There's a whole psychology,

We have the trauma bonding or this belief that this is part of who we are.

So I just wanted to create a little practice,

A little meditation that can maybe help you,

Guide you when you're in this darker space,

This rabbit hole that can bring you into despair,

Hopelessness,

Anxiety,

Overwhelm.

And the beautiful piece of this is all those things that come up,

Those feelings that are in our body.

When we take the courage to really feel them and look at them,

On the other side of it is something so much more beautiful.

Because we can feel them and just let them go.

If we're very spiritual or ascended or conscious,

We can feel them recognize where they're coming from and just let them go.

But this is for those of us who get stuck in those darker,

Deeper emotions that don't feel so great.

And when we face them and allow ourselves the other pieces of us that are beautiful,

Light,

Love,

Nurture,

We can allow ourselves to nurture ourselves,

Mother ourselves,

Heal ourselves.

Give ourselves that kindness towards those feelings instead of trying to analyze it or criticize it or judge it.

We give ourselves this opportunity to heal on a very deep level.

So this meditation today is going to hopefully guide you to that place of deep nurture with it.

So if you're ready and you want to do something like this,

Feel free.

And if you just want to step into a place of nurture,

Wherever you're at right now,

Let's do it.

So as we start this meditation,

It's very important to create a safe environment for yourself,

Something that feels cozy and yummy.

Before we start this meditation or before you start this meditation,

Find a place that feels really good to you,

Whether that's outside,

That special sacred spot,

Place where you just feel whole and complete.

And when you find that place,

Let's begin.

And before we start,

Allow yourself to either sit or lie down.

And when you get to that comfortable position and your body feels good,

Give yourself permission and your brain permission to just ease in,

Permission to just ease in,

Keeping your eyes open.

Look around.

Notice where you are,

The things around you.

Maybe you notice something in particular.

Maybe you can even tap into the energy that you're feeling around you.

And with your eyes open,

Just start to notice your breath.

Maybe you notice the light in the room or the temperature.

And when you feel good,

Flutter your eyes closed.

And just start to connect on your breath on a deeper level.

Breathing in and out at your own pace,

Feeling your belly and chest rise as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

Taking a moment to just really connecting to our breath.

This life giving breath.

Maybe you hold your exhales just a little bit longer.

And wherever you're sitting or lying down,

Start to feel your groundedness,

Your connection to the earth and gravity.

Feeling it hold you wherever you are.

If you're sitting,

Maybe it's your feet and your sits bone.

Maybe it's your back against a chair or just the uprightness of your back.

Feeling the support of the earth in your spine.

And just connect to these two powerful energies within you,

Your breath and this relationship you have with the air around you and the gravity beneath you.

If you have any wandering thoughts,

Just let them be.

Love them.

Don't criticize them.

Let them be.

Know that they're just thoughts.

Come back to your breath and this earth holding you.

And as we settle in,

Let's really tap in to this earth gravity energy around.

And if you can imagine,

Maybe you touch the earth with your hands.

Imagine a beautiful,

Beautiful light.

Gravity comes up and around you.

Almost like a hug,

Engulfing your feet,

Your legs,

Your body,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your head.

And as you imagine this energy holding you,

Can you give it a color?

A beautiful color.

You don't have to do anything except for just be there and be held.

Each inhale,

This light gets brighter,

Denser,

More vibrant.

And as you exhale,

It expands out.

Or maybe you need it nice and close.

Spend a few breaths here,

Just allowing this gravity energy,

This energy,

This connection between you and the earth.

Holding you ever so gently.

Always holding.

Maybe it feels warm.

Maybe it feels kind,

Nourishing.

See.

Feel into that allowing,

If you like.

And now let's connect to our breath.

This life giving breath that lives in us and through.

Feel your inhale.

And feel your exhale.

Now imagine a beautiful light enters you with each inhale.

Maybe you hold it.

And exhale.

This light emits from you.

Let's focus on our breath and allow that beautiful light.

It can be the same color,

Different.

This light,

This breath enters into you.

This air becomes this life.

Filling you up from your head.

All the way down.

Your body into your toes,

Your hands.

Breathing in and out.

Allowing this light,

Life force to enter you.

Become so full of this light.

You become the light.

Maybe its intensity becomes more vibrant.

Maybe it becomes more gentle.

If you allow this breath,

This light.

Whatever you need.

Take a few moments to connect to this energy.

As you connect.

To these light energies,

This gravity,

The earth,

The breath.

Your inhale,

Your exhale.

Can you ask yourself?

What is it that you need in this moment?

Take your time.

You may need more than one thing,

Or maybe you just want,

Desire,

One more.

Allow,

Give yourself permission to let your heart speak.

Your soul.

Even your mind.

Even your mind.

Maybe you call on your spiritual source.

And just that,

Like that light moving in you,

Through you and around.

Breathe in this.

Exactly what you need.

Imagine it enveloping you.

And breathing it into your body,

Into your cells,

Your DNA.

So much you become full of exactly what you need.

We'll spend a few moments here.

In a place of reception.

Integration.

Receiving.

Becoming.

In this divine space.

The sacred.

Space of transformation.

Nurture.

Of being.

Of connecting.

A very powerful way.

To go beyond just the receiving.

Is to feel this.

To feel this.

Nurture.

To feel this completeness.

The safety.

The soothing.

Of having your needs met.

If you'd like,

You can repeat the mantra.

So hum.

So hum.

So hum.

So hum.

Some people like to use it with their breath going.

So hum.

Some people do it the other way.

So hum.

And you don't even have to do it that way.

So hum.

Spend a few minutes in a silent mantra of so hum.

So hum.

A beautiful,

Powerful mantra.

Translated to I am.

I am.

By creating an intent.

Connecting.

To this amazing energy that's all around us.

The life force that is in us and all around.

And giving ourselves the opportunity to receive.

We become complete.

So hum.

An act of self-love.

An act of intertwining with the divine.

By asking our spiritual.

Creator.

By taking the time to connect.

It's a beautiful form of appreciation and gratitude.

Even devotion.

This universe,

This thing we call life.

Wants to give us everything and so much more.

Let's reconnect to our breath and maybe put our hand on our belly and our heart.

Feeling that beautiful heartbeat and the rise and fall.

Maybe making a mental note that this.

Divinity lives in us,

Around us,

Through us.

All we have to do is ask and be still to receive.

This gentle.

Kind.

Space.

Place of nurture where everything can be healed.

You can stay in this space for as long as you like.

If you'd like to finish this meditation,

I suggest.

Maybe a little journal.

Or maybe a verbal.

Appreciation.

Maybe completing the sentence.

I am.

I am is a sentence in itself.

Maybe what you need,

You become.

What you desire,

You become.

I am love.

I am joy.

I am peace.

I am stillness.

I am compassion.

I am courage.

I am abundant.

I am.

I am kindness.

I am divine mother.

Divine father.

Divine feminine.

Divine mother.

I am.

I am.

And even if it feels a little bit.

Interesting.

Saying these words.

The more.

We connect with these words.

With these.

Spiritual.

Gifts.

We become.

We become a resource for ourselves.

Because we have the most infinite resource available to.

And this practice.

With the sound of creation.

The word.

The word that's.

Take an inhale.

Oh.
