Being a mom is full-on and can, at times, leave you feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. This 8-day mini retreat is designed to help you find more balance and calm in the natural chaos and overwhelm of motherhood. Through mindfulness, simple yoga poses, breathwork, meditation and nervous system and emotional regulation and short self-care practices, you will get the tools to bring more calmness into your day-to-day mom life. Each day's lesson is between 5-10 minutes long, making it easy to fit into even the busiest of mom schedules. I recommend doing this mini retreat over 8 days to slowly implement these practices and tools into your daily mom life.

Maria is the Co-Founder of the Peaceful Warriors a Yoga School in Bali, a nurturing soul and a devoted mother of two. Maria's journey is dedicated to bringing more calmness into your everyday life.
