This guided meditation is from Lesson One of my Energetic Embodiment course in the Member Plus area. It helps you tune into the four layers of consciousness—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—by checking in with a single word for each. This simple practice builds awareness of your spiritual body, which is made of energy and deeply connected to how you experience the world. As you notice imbalances or outside influences, you'll strengthen your boundaries and stay more grounded. I recommend doing this exercise daily, once in the morning and again before bed, or anytime you feel off. With regular practice, you'll become more attuned to your energy, intuitive guidance, and power as an empath.

So let's get started with this guided meditation.

Okay,

Go ahead and get in a comfortable position.

You can sit or lie down,

Whatever feels good for you.

And take a nice deep breath.

Take one with you and let it go slowly.

And take a moment just to set a simple intention.

You might say,

I release anything that's not mine and return to my own energy.

So let's just take a moment to release anything that is not ours with a simple internal,

Or you can say it out loud,

Intention.

Let that intention settle in.

Feel yourself becoming a little more present,

A little more clear.

Now,

Gently ask yourself these four questions.

Just go with the first word that pops into your mind.

Do not overthink this.

No judgment,

There's no getting it right.

Just whatever the first word that comes up,

Just notice what it is.

Make a memory of it or write it down.

And you can pause this if you need to grab a pen and paper,

Your phone or something to write.

Okay,

So I'm going to guide you through the four questions,

Okay?

First word that comes to your mind.

First question.

How are you feeling physically right now?

One word answer.

How are you feeling physically right now?

Second question.

How are you doing mentally right now?

First word.

Third question.

How are you feeling emotionally right now?

And lastly,

How are you doing spiritually right now?

Okay,

You want to keep a memory or write down a record of those four words.

I recommend writing it down.

If you need to pause to do that,

Please do.

Okay,

I'll give you an example of this exercise I did for me earlier today.

So physically,

I said I was tired.

Mentally,

I said I was scattered.

Emotionally,

I said I was calm.

And spiritually,

I said I was distant.

So I share with you my words from my meditation earlier because what it tells me is that I probably need some rest,

Maybe some grounding because I'm tired and scattered mentally and physically.

And a little extra time to reconnect with myself because I'm feeling spiritually distant.

Now,

I also noticed that I was emotionally calm.

So there can be some areas of your consciousness that are needing attention,

While others are,

You know,

Working probably in a way that you might prefer.

So they can contradict each other in mood,

But it's good to know because these are different layers of consciousness,

So they're not always working in tandem together.

So it's kind of neat to see that.
