Thank you for joining me in this guided meditation.

So today I'm going to be taking you through a meditation to connect with your higher self.

The higher self is a version or part of ourself that guides us,

That leads us,

That allows us to trust our inner knowing,

To allow us to confide in our intuition.

It's the version of yourself that allows you to dream.

The version of yourself that knows you are meant for more,

That you are capable of manifesting and creating the life that you dream of.

So in this meditation we are going to connect with the higher self through visualization and through affirmations.

This meditation will be split up into three parts.

The first part will be connecting with your breath and your body,

Relaxing the mind.

The second part will be visualizing your future self.

And the third part will be affirmations to close out the meditation.

So I want to invite you to get comfortable wherever you are.

You can choose to lie down on your back,

Maybe on a mat,

On a bed,

The floor,

The grass,

Whatever helps you to feel grounded and comfortable.

Or you can sit cross-legged.

You can sit in a chair,

Sitting upright with your shoulders back,

Your head up towards the sky and relaxing your shoulders.

Just get into a position that is most comfortable for you.

Once we get here,

I want us to take a cleansing breath.

So we're going to just exhale everything out of the mouth.

Now we're going to take four counts in through the nose.

One,

Two,

Three,

Hold.

And exhale through the mouth.

Two,

Three,

Hold.

And inhale through the nose again.

Two,

Three,

Hold.

And exhale through the mouth.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Now as we continue to breathe naturally at your own pace,

I want us to put one hand on the heart,

Another hand on your belly.

And as we breathe,

I just want us to feel the inhalation as your stomach,

Your belly inflates with air and feeling your heartbeat slow down and relax here.

This is allowing you to connect with your body on a deeper level,

To relax your nervous system,

To allow your body to feel safe,

Grounded,

And nurtured by your own touch.

As we sit here for a moment,

Allow your body to continue in this cycle of breath,

Becoming more connected with your surroundings,

Whether that's the floor,

The grass,

Chair,

Bed.

See if you can sink deeper into that spot.

And as we sit here,

I want us to picture ourselves three years from now with the life that we've always wanted for ourselves.

Maybe you're currently living that right now.

Maybe you have the life that you've always dreamed of,

The job,

The family,

The relationship,

The location of your home.

Or maybe you're currently manifesting.

Maybe you have an idea of who you've always wanted to become since you were a child.

Maybe you see people in your reality,

On TV,

Or in your dreams that are living the life that you want to live.

Those are called expanders.

People who show us that it's possible to create that life.

You might see these people on the street,

Walking.

You might see these people in the grocery store.

You might see these people in books,

In movies.

What does the version of you look like that has everything they've ever wanted?

Going back to yourself in three years,

Where are you?

Where are you living?

What location?

What does the surroundings of your home look like?

What is this version of you doing,

This higher version of yourself?

What do they do that makes them happy,

That makes them laugh,

That makes them want to sing,

That makes them want to dance?

What are some hobbies that this highest version of yourself takes part in?

How do you treat yourself?

How do you talk to yourself?

How do you treat the people around you?

What kind of example do you set for people around you,

Whether those are your children,

Younger people in your family,

Your students,

Your clients?

In what ways do they look up to you?

As you continue to envision this life for yourself,

See if you can really embody right now at this very moment what it feels like to wake up and be that person.

What's the first thing your higher self does in the morning?

Continue to breathe here,

Feeling the sensations in your body,

The joy,

The excitement,

The anticipation of your future that awaits you.

Think about the relief that you feel after going through such hard times,

Challenges,

Tests,

Difficult emotions,

Doubts,

Judgments from other people,

Or maybe people misunderstanding you,

Not understanding the life that you were creating all along.

Think about how good that feels that you continue to show up for yourself and you've gotten to this place of joy,

Of bliss,

Of success,

Of trust,

Being fully in tune with yourself.

Continue to breathe here,

Slowing down your breath a little bit.

As I go through these affirmations,

I want you to listen and as you exhale,

I want you to imagine you saying these words as you breathe through your mouth.

Take an inhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

I am worth a big life.

I am worth a big life.

I trust myself to guide me towards the highest,

Most aligned version of myself.

I trust myself to guide me towards the highest,

Most aligned version of myself.

I was given my dreams because they were always going to be a reality.

I was given my dreams because they were always going to be a reality.

I live my life knowing that everything is always working out for me.

I live my life knowing that everything is always working out for me.

I am so proud of the person I am becoming.

I am so proud of the person that I am becoming.

I now invite you to bring both hands to your heart center,

Really seeing if we can feel the heartbeat,

Feel the excitement,

Feel the relief,

Feel the connection to our body,

To our heart,

Where all of our desires live.

See if you can feel it here.

And when you're ready,

I invite you to slowly open your eyes or stay here for another couple of breaths here.

And I want you to think about what you envisioned today,

The life that you envisioned for yourself,

The version of yourself that is in the works,

The version of yourself that you are constantly working on every single day.

Remember that version of you is in your mind for a reason.

For showing up for yourself today,
