You can start this meditation by listening into your body to feel what it needs today.

If it needs to sit or lay down,

Whatever you find comfortable.

So you can be still for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Maybe you need a pillow to support your lower back.

Whatever you need to feel comfortable.

Maybe a blanket so it's extra cozy.

And we'll start this meditation by taking three deep breaths.

So where we breathe in together and hold our breath and then breathe out.

So you can start with breathing in fully through your nose,

Fill your whole belly and chest.

And hold your breath.

And just relax and breathe out.

Can take another deep breath together where you breathe in.

Really fill up your whole body,

Your belly and your chest and hold.

Just experience the tension in your body.

And breathe out and relax with a sigh.

And another last deep breath together.

Breathe in.

Hold.

And breathe out.

Just for a moment see the difference between the tension and the relaxation in your body.

And gently starts to shift your focus from having it maybe in focus in your mind to slowly start to shift it towards the experience of your body right now.

And we can let this center point of focus almost sink down through your body.

From your head.

Slowly like a leaf falling from a tree towards the ground.

You can feel it moving past your neck,

Your heart,

Your belly and just be still in your lower belly.

And you can just keep having your breath relaxed any way the breath wants to move in your body right now.

There's nothing you have to do.

And during this meditation the only thing I wish from you is that you follow my voice and let me guide your awareness.

There's nothing else needed from you.

We can start to focus on the top of our head.

You see if you can find any experience and the sensations.

Maybe the weight of your hair,

Maybe tension in your templates.

Maybe it's warm.

Maybe you're cold.

Whatever you feel see if you can let a warm sensation like a honey pour down from the top of your head,

Over your forehead,

Your eyes that can be still inside your eyelids.

That slowly moves over your head and let any tension just relax.

And with your out breath just let any tension that you feel relax and flow down into the ground.

Let this relaxed sensation flow over your nose,

Your cheeks,

Over your jaw and you can let your mouth be a little bit open and your tongue relaxed.

And see with your next out breath if you can also feel that your face is relaxed,

Your skin just hangs loose.

No smile to have,

No mask or facade to show for the world.

This is a moment for you to experience yourself.

And you can let this relaxed feeling also spread along the back of your neck,

Over your shoulder.

Let your shoulders relax with your next out breath,

Sink a little bit lower.

Let this warm,

Safe and calm feeling spread over your chest and back.

Let it pass your heart.

Let it pass over your belly and down into your pelvic.

Can feel relaxed and heavy.

You can feel the chair you're sitting on or feel the ground beneath your body if you're laying down.

You can keep just letting the breath come and go,

Nothing for you to do.

But starting to shift towards the actual experience in this moment.

And start to listen not only to the thoughts in your head,

Stories of past and future,

But also to listen to the wisdom of your body.

Wordless communication.

And there's truly no right or wrong in this place.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to achieve,

Nothing to fix.

Whatever you experience is your experience of yourself right now.

You can shift your focus to your hands now.

Just feel whatever sensation is alive in your hands at this moment.

Maybe there's tingling in your fingertips,

Energy moving.

Maybe you feel warm.

Whatever you feel,

Just let your hands and arms be heavy in your lap.

And if an impulse comes to move or to scratch your nose,

Just see if you can just observe those signals.

Let them come and let them go.

This is not a time for doing,

This is a time for being and just experiencing.

And see if you can have with your next deep outbreath,

See if you can feel your whole body relaxed.

Every cell in your body is allowed to just be.

Just relax.

It might feel like you're slowly,

Slowly falling with every outbreath.

Sinker deeper into relaxation.

With your breath as an anchor to this body and to this moment.

You can see if you can let anything that comes just be absurd.

Absurd.

It might be absurd as well,

But whatever you feel,

That's alright.

So as well as just observing your in and outbreath,

You can observe the sound,

Noise in the room you're in.

Maybe on the street outside your window.

And see if you can just listen.

Don't judge,

Don't try to make it go away.

Or hold on to anything.

So this meditation is really an art of listening.

Like listening to the rain.

You can just open your awareness even more.

And see if your body wants to relax a little bit more.

You can also maybe get a glimpse of this stillness in you,

This aware space that's hearing everything.

This open way of listening.

Unconditional.

Awake.

But it has really nothing to do with you doing anything.

It's just a being.

And you let yourself relax and let go.

Just see if you can let anything just come and go.

If it's thoughts that carry you away.

And you get aware of that.

That's perfect.

You can just come back to your body again with the next outbreath and just feel.

And also be curious of the thoughts that comes and goes.

And that they have really nothing to do with you.

You come and go in this open space that you are.

As well as your breath comes and goes in this open space of you.

Of your being.

As if all experience are like a cloud of experience undivided.

It's a beautiful,

Beautiful,

Miraculous show.

For you to experience.

And that life really happens for you.

As all is given in every moment.

Breath,

Emotions,

Bodily sensations,

Thoughts.

Just experience this little place in you that doesn't shift.

It doesn't change.

Whatever sound,

Whatever emotion,

Whatever bodily sensation.

You're just holding that as well.

You have an endless capacity of holding this experience of life in you.

So rather than searching for freedom in the outside world of material objects,

Of pleasing whatever thought or idea that your mind comes up with,

Whatever society says is freedom.

But if you just stop for a second and think how could,

If the definition of freedom is limited and can be taken away from you,

Like money,

Fame,

Is that really freedom?

Or does that idea just create a fear of losing whatever you find or whatever you put a label of freedom on?

What if freedom is this?

Let anything come and go.

It's not that you're searching for freedom to do what you will in life.

It's actually the other way around.

Do you find that your true nature is the,

Or your experienced nature is the capacity to let life be free in you?

Keep breathing.

Stay with your open awareness.

Just listen.

And whatever you're experiencing is the free expression of life right now in you.

And you can keep fighting for freedom,

Fighting to get that thing in life that you,

Or mind your ideas that you actually have nothing,

There's nothing personal about your thoughts.

You come and go as well as your breath.

But that's your choice.

Or you can just play with the idea of freedom might be something else.

A birthright.

An experience more than anything that can be put in words.

But an experience that gives.

A lot of gratitude.

A lot of love.

Creativity and connection to the world you're experiencing.

So you can see if you can keep this sensation,

This experience of being all inclusive for yourself and experience around you.

Have that this embodied knowing of your capacity and what you are.

You can just keep breathing and relaxation can spread even more in your body.

As easy.

And by letting you,

Letting life be free in you,

Your presence will touch on others.

They will see that you are alright.

Whatever you are,

You are a miracle.

You are part of something great in your essence and core.

So we can practice this art of listening,

Of staying connected to this still place in you.

It is the most beautiful thing.

We can play with this also with letting the experience of light and shadow come into your awareness.

Just see if anything at all changes of you,

The experience of you,

If you slowly flicker your eyes open.

You are welcome to flicker your eyes open and just see if anything changes of that true experience sense of self.

When you let experience of light and shadow form relativity,

The world of you and me,

That ever at all changes that still place in you.

And you are free to close your eyes again.

See that meditation is really what you are more than something you do.

If you are curious and if it feels joyful for you,

See if you can stay in contact with the stillness in you also when you open your eyes and when you start to move and start to include more and more experiences into this open space,

Open capacity of awareness that you are.

HeartNational Hospital We can finish this meditation together by breathing in and again as we did in the start just hold your breath and breathe out.

So breathe in together deep and long,

Hold your breath and just relax and breathe out.

Let your shoulders fall and your face relax.

Not deep breath,

Breathe in fully and breathe out with a sigh.

And if you have any tension left in your body in whatever you want to let go of,

Breathe into that now and let it out with a sigh.

And it can allow your body to just collapse in whatever way it wants to.

Slowly and gently start to move your fingers and toes.

Start to invite this room into your experience.

And I wish you a most beautiful day and that you take with you this embodied knowing that you are fine,

That you are complete in all ways possible.

And that you have freedom just a few breaths away.

Whenever you feel stressed or your mind really screams for your attention,

Telling you something is not right,

Something you have to change,

Do,

Say,

Act.

Just breathe and with a clear mind you can take action,

Please,

From your heart and mind and body.

And I hope this meditation was in some way experiential and that you enjoyed it.

Thank you for giving me your time and presence.

Thank you.
