Day 1 - The Art Of Slowing Down

Let us begin with a gentle presence with the task at hand. No multi-tasking. No rushing away from this moment. As you continue with this practice, you will notice a subtle shift. Use the added technique for further support.

Lesson 3

Day 2 - Effortless Breathing

Use this mantra as you breathe: "Breathing in calmly, breathing out easily". Feel into the calm and the ease. Let your breath be soft, floating-like. We will add in a technique that helps this practice to feel unhurried.

Lesson 4

Day 3 - Smiling At Myself

Smiling at yourself softens the jaw, opens the chest, smooths the breath, and eases tension. An inner smile invites in kindness, caring, gentlenes,s and of course, relaxation. Please use the smile point for added support.

Lesson 5

Day 4 - Freeing Limiting Thoughts

The fixed ideas that the mind sometimes holds create pressure in both the emotional body and the physical body. Today, we are going to loosen the grip of such limitations. Spaciousness then appears through the process of relaxing a tight grip.

Day 5 - The Doorway To Ease

Presence is the simple act of returning to this moment. The mind opens, the body relaxes, and the heart softens when presence is felt. Through the easy-to-follow exercise in this lesson, we remind ourselves of how to be present.

Day 7 - Returning To The Body

Returning to the self through the physical body guides one to safe places to land within. This supports the mind-body connection and eases an overactive mental state. Look for subtle shifts as we engage with the technique in this lesson.

Day 7 - Weaving A Tapestry Of Calm

Slowing down, breathing with ease, inner smiling, open-mindedness, presence, embodiment - let these threads now weave together, strengthening your connection to presence. This now becomes a way of being.
