"Caring for Your Sensitive Self" is a course for those who identify as Highly Sensitive People or those who are curious about their sensitivity. This course will cover an overview of the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait, topics including self-compassion, the inner child, and self-talk, as well as various coping and self-care practices. I will guide you through identifying your beliefs about sensitivity, reframing negative thoughts, and practicing self-compassion.
