My name is Kelly Gupta Holley! I'm an art therapist, counselor, and creative expression mentor. I've worked with many clients in developing mindfulness skills, especially Wise Mind. I've seen it help people find balance and support in navigating emotions and decision making, and I've experienced its benefits in my own life!
