Lesson 1

Welcome

We begin our time together by diving into the true meaning of self-doubt, as well as the common masks it can wear day-to-day. We will then begin to shift your awareness from doubt to possibility and start to notice what's really holding you back from claiming what is infinitely possible in every moment.

Lesson 2

Observe

In today’s session, we begin to cultivate the eyes of Sākṣī (saak-shii), the witness/the observer. Self-doubt tends to be a blanket term for many other beliefs and fears, so by becoming the witness to the story of your self-doubt instead of the main character in it, you have the opportunity to look at those underlying beliefs from a vantage point. You’ll be guided through a visualization exercise and a journaling exercise, please pause the recording if you require more journalling time than what is given.

Lesson 3

Accept

In today’s session, we come back to the list of underlying beliefs that you gathered yesterday, and work towards cultivating compassion and acceptance for them. If we allow self-doubt to perpetuate, it can lead us to feeling apathetic or stuck, but as an emotion, it still serves a purpose: to keep us safe from that which is unknown - so can you accept or even feel some level of gratitude towards the safety it’s tried to give you so far? You’ll be guided through a journaling practice (please pause the recording if you require more journaling time than what is given).

Lesson 4

Release

In today’s session, you are guided through a holistic releasing exercise which is based upon The Sedona Method: a technique of mindset coaching that calls you to welcome every angle of your blockages in equal measure. Then, by welcoming every polarizing emotion or belief that surrounds your self-doubt and opening your arms to all of it, you will experience a sense of effortless release from it. Releasing parts of your doubt/fear that you are ready to let go of in order to move forwards. It may be a new concept or technique to you, so it is recommended that you listen carefully and possibly practice this release a few times. Some reactions to that sense of 'releasing' can be tears, laughter, yawning, affirming 'yes' to things that you feel are true for you, tension arising or letting go in the body, and others. But also note that you don't necessarily have to feel anything for it to work either, so simply welcome whatever comes up for you.

Lesson 5

Align

In today’s session, you’ll be guided through a journaling exercise called ‘Seven Levels Deep’, to connect with your big ‘Why?’ - why do you really want to put the work in to overcome the doubts you have and why do you really want the life you dream of on the other side? When you connect to a big ‘why?’ You connect to a motivation that’s bigger than you, what impact could pursuing this path make on the people around you? Your community? The world? It then becomes a higher purpose or duty for you to keep pushing forwards. The journal prompts are as follows: 1- What do you want to do? 2- [In reference to your above answer], why is that important to you? 3- [In reference to your above answer], why is that important to you? 4- [In reference to your above answer], why is that important to you? 5- [In reference to your above answer], why is that important to you? 6- [In reference to your above answer], why is that important to you? 7- [In reference to your above answer], why is that important to you? Lesson 6

Envision

In today’s session, you’ll learn the power of visualization from both tried and tested psychological and manifestation theories: learning to harness your vision as a tool to literally re-wire your mind for confidence and to start to manifest your dreams into your reality. You’re then challenged to, over the next 30 days, spend 30 seconds a day visualizing the life you want to create; including visualizing yourself putting in the work to get there and the feelings you associate with hose actions, and to record the changes you see in your journal.

Lesson 7

Shift

In today’s session, we unpack the most vital step towards any life change big or small: Decision. So often, we talk about the things we wish to do of the kind of person that we want to become, but then stay stuck in a cyclical pattern. Things won't change until we decide to actually focus our attention towards bringing that dream into reality, to do all we need to do to claim it. That decision, for it to be right for you, has to come from an intuitive space of feeling instead of thinking; so today, you’ll be guided through a practice to cultivate that sense of ‘feeling right’, and begin to plan out the right next step for you.

Lesson 8

Karma

In today’s session, we discuss karma, or action: taking imperfect actions towards the life you wish to create. Self-doubt can keep us in a web of perfection, overwhelm, indecision and dreaming. So to really break that cycle you must baby step your way out through daily rituals and actions. You’ll be guided through a visualization and journaling practice to unpack some possible daily habits and rituals you can begin to implement to start to generate self-belief daily. Bhakti

In today’s session, we discuss Bhakti, devotion, and the purpose of devoting yourself towards…yourself, as well as towards the actions that you decided upon yesterday, and devoting yourself towards your big vision of the life and impact you really want to create. Lesson 10

Become

In today’s session, we will bring together all we have learned this week to decide on the next confident step you can take towards the life you wish to create. Choosing to believe in yourself really looks like choosing faith over fear, again and again, so can you connect to a vision and a sense of worthiness that is so powerful, it will always be bigger than any fear. You’ll be guided through visualization and journaling exercises to sit with your future self, and ask them what baby steps they‘d take now to move a little closer to where they are.
